There are hidden costs you were not told when booking. I had to pay an extra $20 Euros for the guide to let me in. Also it was very difficult to locate the guide in the crowds. Quite a shame, but they get away with it because of the huge number of people trying to visit the museum

Do not listen to their advisors. They will lie to make a sale then tell you that you can't cancel. I am still trying to get my refund from them for a ticket that I did not want to purchase.
