Enjoy a 13-hour trip to one of the UNESCO World Heritage sites, the Bernina TRAIN railway, passing before along Lake Como and a beautiful Alpine valley. We stop in a charming lakeshore village and, possibly, later by a winery or old cellar experience or a cafè!
In Tirano you have around one hour for your lunch and then we board the Bernina TRAIN that climbs the Swiss Alps.
We get off at one the highest point to enjoy snowcaps and glaciers view.
Afterward we head to St. Moritz where you have about 45 minutes to explore this fashionable resort, one of the most well known in the world.
At the end of it we go back to Lake Como, through another spectacular valley in Switzerland, from where you board either the regular train or the minibus for a ride on your return to Milan.

5.00Very well organized, we were given good amount of time at the Lake Como, Tirano, local cheese/other products store, and St Morritz stops for either coffee, quick shopping, lunch or to enjoy the view. The Bernina train ride was outstanding, with the cart reserved for the group which gave us the opportunity to move around and enjoy the beautiful views on both sides. Our tour gui Paola wax very knowledgeable, organized and communicative, clearly providing all activities, details, and history. Overall. a great experience

5.00Great experience. Luca was a great tour guide. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Amazing scenery. Only thing I wish was different was a little more time in Lake Como and St. Moritz and less time at the winery- but no real complaints it was accurate as the description and I would still give it 5 stars. Totally worth the money

5.00Wonderful day! Sylvie our guide did a fantastic job and was very personable and knowledgable! Loved that we could open the windows on the train and breath in the fresh air and take photos without the glare if a window. Mauro our driver for part of the trip was great too! The tour organizer was easy to communicate with and kept us up to date with all the details of the tour. It was a great day and I would highly recommend this tour!

4.00Luca, our guide, was wonderful and charming. There were some train scheduling changes that happened outside of his control and he made sure we all got where we needed to go and were accounted for. I would've liked more time in St. Moritz and the village near Como where we started. Most of the time is spent on the train and in the bus. Also, we had a bus meant for school children so there was not enough leg room if you were more than 5 feet tall. Not the tour guide's fault at all, just made it uncomfortable for hours of bus riding.

5.00Luca was an excellent tour guide! What an amazing day we had. We were so lucky to have an absolutely spectacular day weather-wise, and the views from the train were breathtaking. Luca was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of background on everything we were seeing along the way. This was a great tour to take for a small taste of Lake Como and the Swiss Alps in one day, but far too quick so I will need to book another trip!

5.00This tour was so wonderful- I picked it because of the small group. We had 15 people We were met at centrale FS by Paola who helped us get on the 34 minute train to Como area. There we met our guide Sylvia who was very fun, knowledgeable, helpful. A great driver, Matteo, for our little bus. We stopped in Bellano on Lake Como for about 30 minutes and could explore the town a bit or visit the gorge. Then drove through the valley, made a quick stop at a shop with local cheeses, etc. A while longer on the little bus to reach Tirano. There we had about an hour to have a nice lunch on the piazza, the rn boarded the red Bernina train. Our guide got us good seats and it was not crowded. We could open the windows for breezes and better pictures. Sylvia told us when interesting spots were coming up so we had our cameras ready. It was a beautiful, magical ride through the alps for about 2 hours. We were met by our bus driver who drove us to St Moritz where we had about an hour to enjoy the amazing lake and snow covered mountains and fall foliage, or walk around the scenic town. It was chillier there so a coat and hat were helpful. Then our bus took us the long drive back to Como area with a rest stop on the way. Hen Sylvia helped us get on the 34 minute train back to Milan centrale FS. A long, wonderful, memorable day. Good communication from Luca.

5.00This is the best decision to take a short trip to St. Moritz with this group! Our tour guide, Sylvia, was very friendly and helpful. She was cheerful and she explained everything in details. She’s a very tour guide. Although the weather was foggy and cloudy, but I had a good time in Bernina! Highly recommended!
