Enjoy a 13-hour trip to one of the UNESCO World Heritage sites, the Bernina TRAIN railway, passing before along Lake Como and a beautiful Alpine valley. We stop in a charming lakeshore village and, possibly, later by a winery or old cellar experience or a cafè!
In Tirano you have around one hour for your lunch and then we board the Bernina TRAIN that climbs the Swiss Alps.
We get off at one the highest point to enjoy snowcaps and glaciers view.
Afterward we head to St. Moritz where you have about 45 minutes to explore this fashionable resort, one of the most well known in the world.
At the end of it we go back to Lake Como, through another spectacular valley in Switzerland, from where you board either the regular train or the minibus for a ride on your return to Milan.

5.00Second time on this trip with Luca. Once in summer, once in winter. Both times equally as amazing but completely different views from the train. Love the stops in the little towns along the way. I would definitely recommend.

5.00This would have been a very difficult trip to plan by myself, so I’m so grateful that I trusted the company Luca from Italy to plan out the full day! They took care of every detail from our train tickets from Milan to the tickets on the Bernina Express. We discovered some sights that I would love to visit in more detail again like Lake Como and St. Moritz. Our tour guide Mari made sure we had plenty of time for photos and gave us plenty of history without being too overwhelming. Our driver Morris kept us safe on the long journey! There were some snowy roads and some winding roads that Mari had described as “Mamma Mia Roads” that he had zero trouble getting us through. Lunch recommendations in Tirano were on spot, and she guided us to the clean restrooms (which is greatly appreciated!) Bernina Express was everything I had imagined and even more. I was so mesmerized by the snowy mountains and the beautiful scenery.

5.00One of the best excursions I've ever taken! Maria was an excellent guide. Very dedicated and pending at all times to the group and to explain everything. The route of this tour and the views are spectacular. It is the best way to see Lake Como and do the Bermina Express route in an organized way and without wasting time.
