Enjoy a 13-hour trip to one of the UNESCO World Heritage sites, the Bernina TRAIN railway, passing before along Lake Como and a beautiful Alpine valley. We stop in a charming lakeshore village and, possibly, later by a winery or old cellar experience or a cafè!
In Tirano you have around one hour for your lunch and then we board the Bernina TRAIN that climbs the Swiss Alps.
We get off at one the highest point to enjoy snowcaps and glaciers view.
Afterward we head to St. Moritz where you have about 45 minutes to explore this fashionable resort, one of the most well known in the world.
At the end of it we go back to Lake Como, through another spectacular valley in Switzerland, from where you board either the regular train or the minibus for a ride on your return to Milan.

5.00Unfortunately, the weather was bad and we did not see the scenery we expected at first, After moving to the other side of the mountain, the weather gradually improved and we were able to enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery. Our guide Paola is very nice, knowledgeable and easy to explain. They were very careful about each participant as they went through the tour. Thanks to this, the atmosphere among the participants was good and I enjoyed the whole experience.
10/10 would recommend

5.00We had an amazing time on this day trip! Paola was so knowledgeable and took the time to take us to local places around Lake Como on the way to the Bernina Express. Would absolutely recommend if you are looking for a fun day trip outside Milan!

5.00From start to finish this trip was amazing!! So magical when we arrived in St Moritz on the Bernina train. We had the best tour guide you could ask for, so kind, helpful and patient with our whole group. ONLY problem is we wanted to stay all night in St Moritz hahahaha (if only we could). Highly recommend this trip! Lovely to stop in Lake Como even though it was foggy it was still impressive. So much squeezed into one day trip with what felt like no rushing around at all. Thank you, thank you, thank you Luca! Trip of a life time for me and Michael :)

5.00A very good day trip out of Milan to explore towns and the famous train ride through Italy. My mom and I had a great time. This is an opportunity to see a lot but not have to walk too much and worry about how to get around. All transportation was taken care other than transfer from hotel to the central station.

5.0010/10 experience. I would 100% recommend Luca was a phenomenal tour guide. He took great care of our group and had the itinerary accurate to the exact minute. Our group learned a ton and he was even nice enough to take us to his family’s winery to try a glass of authentic Italian wine. I did this trip solo and felt like I really bonded with the other 5 ppl in my group.
