The Duomo is delightfully adorned with 135 spires and over 3.400 statues, including historical figures, gargoyles, animals, monsters, and dragons, all dominated by the "Madunina," the famous golden statue of the Virgin Mary. Be amazed to hear the history of the construction process and the legend associated with the "Holy Nail", which is believed to come from Jesus' True Cross.

Take this tour if you want to stand outside in the sun and not realyl see inside! Horrible

2.00the guide was okay, she made us stand outside the Duomo in the sun while she shared history. Then we entered the fast pass lane. Since we stood outside for so long we only had a short time inside and didn't get to look around. She then took us to the line for the roof but just left us there and security was very hostile and informed us that we needed out guide to enter. They finally let us in but the tour was not worth it at all

1.00Operator cancelled booking 3 days before travel as Duomo busy in the MORNING even though our visit was in the AFTERNOON. Customer service felt like not a priority and the notice was short. Alternative offered for a Tuesday didn't help a weekend trip. The communication was professional and courteous.

5.00The tour through the interior of the Duomo was short but informative. I would recommend a separate tour if you are seeking more information on the interior. The rooftop tour was fantastic. It is not done with a guide but we got plenty of information about the rooftop from the guide before we went up.

5.00The tour and history was amazing, about an hour inside before going up to the rooftop. Even with the fast pass the rooftop was slow to get all the way around and up (there are stairs to get to the final upper level).
