By the end, you’ll sit down to enjoy your handmade creations and take home a Certificate of Attendance and a full digital recipe booklet. Fun, relaxed, and interactive — this class is a hit with families and solo travelers alike, and perfect for kids! Not suitable for celiacs. DON’T LIKE PIZZA? MAKE PASTA! Choose the Pasta & Gelato Class at checkout and learn to craft fresh tagliatelle and ravioli with signature sauces, then churn your own creamy gelato. 1.00I booked on December 15, 2025 in advance a lesson as a couple with my boyfriend as a gift for his birthday for January 16, 2026. After 3 weeks and close to the date my reservation is cancelled due to their Overbooking problem leaving me and my partner without reservation and, with such a few days notice, without valid alternatives. We had linked other overnight reservations that we cannot cancel. Bad organization, zero seriousness and no sensitivity in trying to figure out how to help us. I did not expect it from a reality that wants to present itself in such a “serious” way.

5.00The cooking class was an absolute highlight of our trip. Our chef was Matteo and it was super moderated and structured. The food was delicious. We made tagliatelle with pesto, pumpkin ravioli with butter and sage sauce and homemade ice cream. It was a mixture of cooking class, home cooking, live cooking show and restaurant visit. And there was also wine:)

He did a great job of engaging the class, explaining the steps of preparing our pizza and gelato and kept us laughing. Our pizza was delicious and I would highly recommend this class if visiting Milan
