Learn to make pizza and gelato like a true Italian in our cooking school in downtown Milan! Follow our fun, professional chef as you master the art of kneading dough, preparing perfect toppings, and baking the pizza of your dreams. While your dough rests, sip premium Diadema wines and taste fine olive oils before diving into the sweet world of gelato. You'll learn to craft authentic Italian gelato and even make the cone! Discover secrets, ingredients, and delicious history while chocolate melts into cream. By the end, you’ll sit down to enjoy your handmade creations and take home a Certificate of Attendance and a full digital recipe booklet. Fun, relaxed, and interactive — this class is a hit with families and solo travelers alike, and perfect for kids! Not suitable for celiacs. DON’T LIKE PIZZA? MAKE PASTA! Choose the Pasta & Gelato Class at checkout and learn to craft fresh tagliatelle and ravioli with signature sauces, then churn your own creamy gelato. 5.00We had an amazing time at the pizza and gelato cooking class! Chef Alfredo was absolutely incredible—fun, energetic, and incredibly hospitable from start to finish. He created such a welcoming atmosphere and made everyone feel comfortable and involved. His passion and experience really shined through in every part of the class. He was patient, encouraging, and always willing to share tips and techniques that made the cooking process both educational and enjoyable. The class was hands-on, engaging, and full of laughter. Not only did we learn how to make delicious pizza and gelato, but we also had a fantastic experience thanks to Chef Alfredo’s enthusiasm and personality. Highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun and memorable culinary experience!

5.00We thoroughly enjoyed this experience. The food we made was amazing, we had a great group of travellers to enjoy this experience with and the hosts - Fabrizio and Matteo were great. We learned a lot and had a lot of fun. It’s a bit tricky to find, so plan a few minutes to find it.

5.00Alfredo was a wonderful host and teacher and we had lots of fun! The experience itself was amazing and he was also enthusiastic about sharing his knowledge with specific details! Can definitely recommend! The entrance is not very obvious, so take your time to find it.
