Follow our fun, professional chef as you master the art of kneading dough, preparing perfect toppings, and baking the pizza of your dreams. While your dough rests, sip premium Diadema wines and taste fine olive oils before diving into the sweet world of gelato. You'll learn to craft authentic Italian gelato and even make the cone! Discover secrets, ingredients, and delicious history while chocolate melts into cream. By the end, you’ll sit down to enjoy your handmade creations and take home a Certificate of Attendance and a full digital recipe booklet. 5.00This experience was a 10 out of 10. The location is difficult to find. However, if the follow the directions to the class, I promise you it is worth every minute. The chefs, Matteo and Devid, are friendly, patient and knowledgeable. The pizza, waffles and Gelato are all delicious. Add the sparkling wine, and you will leave satisfied. This experience was worth every penny.

5.00Matteo was phenomenal! He changed my entire outlook on PASTA! I was pleasantly surprised at how well my experience went that my group and I will be back for another class. Matteo was informative and kind mannered and made us feel so comfortable . Matteo treated each one of us with respect and even informed us on how to identify real Gelato with the knowledge he shared. This class was surely a 10/10.
