Our guide Monica was great. Very knowledgeable on history. We skipped the line at the Duomo and Last Supper which to me was worth every Penny of the tour cost. My tips to other travelers is when you go to the Last Supper, if you have bought any souvenirs, put them in the locker when you go to the main ticket entrance. We had purchased two ceramic dishes from the Christmas market and security wouldn’t let us through. We had to walk back to the first ticket area and use the lockers. Nothing breakable, wet, knives etc since the painting is not behind protective glass. My other tip would be if you are traveling with a partner or family, make sure they have a working phone and you have set up a meeting place in case you get separated. One couple in our group got separated from us when we went through some heavy crowds, and the wife found us but the husband was missing and didn’t have a phone. I would be terrified so please be sure your family has an operable phone so they can be contacted. Wear good shoes during the tour you will be standing and walking the entire three hours. Dress in layers and dress warm in the winter months.

Viator link to departure location was wrong by 1.8 kilometers. Missed tour. When I contacted Viator, after notifying them of error they stopped communicating with me. This was second tour where Viator gave wrong meeting point. Tour companies stated that this is common. My suggestion would be to use another company altogether. I have used Viator in the past and was satisfied but will not use them again. I have documented this thru the tour companies and by the links provided and will provide reviews on all platforms until Viator makes this right.

Our tour guide was amazing!!!!! We loved the Duomo historical details and the walk thru town was very helpful and fun. The Last Supper was so amazing to see and so much history. I recommend doing this tour early in the trip. We did it towards the end and wanted to go back to places but were out of town.
