It was great! Fun, informative. Our guide in Milan was friendly, easygoing and very informative. I learned a lot and had a great time! Trying to order the tickets to see the Last Supper on the actual monastery website was frustrating and beyond impossible. It was well worth the money to book through Viator. I highly recommend it. My only suggestion would be that it was a bit cold to have an open-air bus--after a while, we stood in the enclosed, warmer downstairs section.

This is a walking tour for sure. The only place really to rest is during the La Scala part of the tour. You also walk at a brisk pace to keep up with Massimo and are expected to keep up. I offer this observation for anyone that is not up for walking at a brisk pace to keep up with a group. My husband and I had no problem. Although since Massimo is of a smaller stature it might be helpful for him to hold something up with a flag at the end because you can lose him in a crowd. Helpful to have the radios so you can be guided on where to meet. We started with a walk to La Scala. This tour provides entry. We got to stand in balcony boxes and view the stage. They happened to be doing a lighting check and then raised the curtain. It was interesting seeing the massive stage. There was a small ensemble practicing in the area outside of the boxes that we had a little time to sit and listen to. This is a bathroom stop too. We got a guided tour through the La Scala museum. We then passed through the Galeria shopping area on our way to the Duomo. This tour included entry into the Duomo. Massimo pointed out the relic (look for the red light in the roof area) and other interesting artifacts in the Duomo. Do not bring any large bags or heavy souvenirs or they may not let you into the Duomo. One of our group was not permitted because he had a snow globe or other similar item. After leaving the Duomo we boarded sightseeing buses and drive through the city to the location of the Last Supper. If you put your ear buds in the player slot in the bus and select your language you can listen to them narrate the sights as you go by. Once you get to the location of the Last Supper, you will need to show your picture ID with the ticket they gave you when you checked into the tour. The Last Supper was awesome. You only have 15 minutes to view it and they control the size of the groups. As a result of the groups being small you have ample time to take pictures and just absorb the energy of the room. Be aware you have to find your way back to where you want to go. They do not transport you to the starting point. There are taxis and the metro close by. We chose to walk to our original metro stop, which took around 20 minutes or so. All in all a wonderful tour. Worth the money. Just a bit tiring with all the walking. The tour is worth booking for sure.

NO LO RECOMIENDO HAY OTRAS EMPRESAS QUE OFRECEN EL MISMO SERVICIO Y QUIZÄS CON UN MEJOR TRATO On December 6th, we had an appointment for the tour with this company at 2:45 PM. On the way, one of us (there were five of us), a 65-year-old woman, fell and had difficulty walking. We sent the youngest to meet us, and she called but no one answered; she sent an email, which was also ignored. She arrived at 2:50 PM, by which time the band had already left. At that point, they refused to contact the guide or provide us with the tickets so we could join the tour directly for the first or second visit. The company flatly refused to give us the tickets because, according to the staff who dealt with us, the guide had them. They told us that, as per company policy, we could only join the tour for the da Vinci painting (it was a ticket by name and could not be resold). The treatment was harsh, and they didn't take into account the circumstances that had caused our delay. Of course, we didn't get our money back, and they made us sign a form saying we were late. Without that signature, we couldn't go on the last tour. Later, we asked the guide for the tickets, and he told us the office staff had them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THERE ARE OTHER COMPANIES THAT OFFER THE SAME SERVICE AND PERHAPS WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. On December 6, we had an appointment for an excursion with this company at 2:45 pm. On the way, one of us (there were five of us), a 65-year-old woman, fell and had difficulty walking. We sent the youngest of us to join us. She tried to reach us by phone, but no one answered; she also sent an email, which went unanswered. She arrived at 2:50 p.m., after the group had already left. At that time, the company refused to contact the guide or provide us with tickets so that we could join the group directly for the first or second visit. She categorically refused to give us the tickets because, according to the staff who took care of us, the guide had them in his possession. We were told that, in accordance with company policy, we could only take part in the tour for Leonardo da Vinci's painting (this was a non-transferable name ticket). The processing was deplorable and the company ignored the circumstances that caused our delay. Of course, we were not reimbursed and were asked to sign a form attesting to our delay. Without this signature, we could not participate in the last visit. Later, we asked the guide for the tickets, who told us that they were in the possession of agency staff. I strongly advise against this undertaking. Others offer similar or even better customer service.

The experience was incredible. The La Scala was excellent, way better in person. The Duomo was fantastic; the detail and the massive church were a must-see. My wife and I have visited many churches in Europe, and by far the Duomo is the best we have visited to date. The Last Supper painting is also a special treat to view in person. And our guide, Maximus, was funny, informative, and thorough with the whole experience! I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

The contents of the tour were great. That said , our tour guide degraded the experience every step of the way. She did not speak good English, and did not seem very knowledgeable about things that did not have to do with the Last Supper.
