Too much talking by the guide! Kept telling us about what we were going to see instead of just showing us. Went way too deep into the weeds. Didn’t get to see much of the Duomo close up. Way too much time standing and listening to her talk. Just do Last Supper and do the other stuff on your own.

This was by far the largest walking tour we were a part of during our trip and it was my least favorite. If I were to book again I would try for a small group as it made traversing the busy sites a bit cumbersome with all the crowds. It’s also more difficult for the group to feel connected as previous tours. The Last Supper and Duomo were incredible to see though. Oh! And while we originally booked for a 12pm tour we got pushed to 2:45pm. It wasn’t a huge deal for us but did make it tight getting to our dinner plans. It’s not the first time our tour got pushed but we didnt really get much of a heads up on this one so I would keep that in mind when booking a time. It may be more general time of day than described so don’t book things too closely around it. So there’s my recs- book a 12 person group if you can over the 29 person group we did. Keep your timing flexible as it may get moved around some.

Very energetic and knowledgeable tour guide. We were not able to go into the Scala but only see it from an internal window. This was because there was a rehearsal going on at the time. Totally understood and was still able to capture the beauty of this opera house.

The majority of the tour was canceled one week before and they could not accommodate the duomo or the theater anywhere else. The offered the last supper that night however I had a huge issue getting a taxi. It took over 2 hours and we missed the tour and yet again took my money and were able to do nothing. They also stopped replying to my messages. Terrible.

Be ready to walk at a brisk pace. I wouldn’t recommend if you have to use an assistive device like a cane. Great tour guide. Very informative re: La Scala, the Duomo & The Last Super.

What a fabulous day we had wandering o around the old city through the Galleries to the Duomo and then on to see the famous Da Vinci pairing of the Last Supper and also the Crucifixion. Great information regarding the painting of this slowly deteriorating masterpiece.
