Overall fun experience. The bus is spacious, equipped with usb cords and has great windows for views. The bathroom is absolutely DISGUSTING so definitely try to use the restroom before the tour and on bus stops. Greg was our driver and he was AMAZING! So in tune with the needs of the group and really entertaining. Definitely recommend going on a day he’s driving if possible. He stopped at some really cool spots along the way and avoided overly crowded ones. The boat tour was cool. Would recommend opting for a picnic lunch instead of the buffet option because the food runs out and people are super aggressive in line. You also spend the whole time in line so you miss the tour. We skipped the lunch so we could enjoy the view. The food looked good though. We took the plane ride home With Jim and it was awesome!

Amazing experience though the toilet is broken so we have to stops for toilet breaks often. And there is no free coffee or tea as promised. However the tour guide was very insightful and knowledgeable, very funny and he made the whole 12 hours journey fun.

Milford is amazing and the trip out there has some beautiful stops. Excellent driver and guide - really knowledgeable and fun. Buffet on the boat was a just a lot of people pushing each other and piling up their plates. Recommend taking your own snacks instead and head for the top level for the best views. I couldn't face the buffet fighting so opted for chips and a beer. Would choose to fly back next time as it is a long day on the bus.

Well worth it. Wear warm clothes for the cruise. It can be quite chilly and windy out there. The buffet is awesome too. Plan to sleep on the way home.
