A great trip, very straightforward and the coach was comfortable and well driven. The cruise on the Milford Sound was spectacular with a great skipper who explained so much about the place, scenery and local knowledge and history. Our only slight observation on the trip as a whole was the commentary or lack of it to be clear, on the coach. The driver could have engaged more with the folks onboard and also given more info about what we were seeing as we drove through the various areas, especially regarding the history, flora and fauna and the geology. But overall good trip and worth the money.

Our experienced coach driver was friendly and super informative on the 2 3/4 hour drive from Te Anau to the cruise terminal, stopping for enroute for photos. Intermittant light rain started towards the end of the drive, creating a mix of misty and sunny photo opportunities of the amazing scenery on the cruise itself and by the time we drove home the mountains were gushing with multiple waterfalls.

What a fantastic experience; Sebastian our driver was knowledgeable and affable, a safe and confident driver - and funny as well. The cruise was magical and we were well looked after with a lunch bag and amusing and informative commentary. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Milford.

We joined from Te Anau which made it a lot more shorter day. The coach driver was very knowledgeable and made an extra stop for us to enjoy the amazing scenery. The cruise itself was excellent and a must! Bucket list tick. Very happy.

If I was to do it again I would go with a smaller group. More personalised experience with small group numbers. Other than that the day was enjoyable. The staff were great and the length of the cruise was just right.

Highly organised. Coach (lady) driver knew the area, both historically and geologically, very well. She was very efficient, funny and friendly. The cruise, and we were very lucky with the weather, was fantastic. Skipper and crew very friendly and helpful. A good day out!

It was a wonderful experience. The company was very organised. The driver was fabulous. He gave a fantastic commentary and stopped at scenic spots. The Milford Sound boat crew was also very friendly. Everything was on time. We ordered picnic lunch which came with chicken pie or vegetarian pie ( the option was given), crisps, an apple, and a muesli bar. Unfortunately, we did not get our complimentary hot beverages. We were told that the hot drink dispenser had broken down. The company should have informed us earlier so that we could have grabbed our hot drink from outside.
