Once in Milford, your pilot will accompany you to the boat terminal. Discover the natural wonders of Milford Sound aboard your cruise vessel with open-air viewing decks, a perfect location for some wildlife spotting. The Fiord is home to fur seal colonies, penguins, and dolphins, who love playing in the wake of the boat. You will cruise the length of the Fiord out to the Tasman Sea with a pass under Sterling Falls on the return.

2.0Sadly our fantastic trip was cancelled due to poor weather on the Milford side. We were delighted that Glenorchy offered us flights the following day - very efficient. Sadly we were thwarted again due to weather. Cannot fault Viator or Glenorchy who were very efficient. Another year!

5.0This was such a great experience, with amazing views, and an overall fun day. we were introduced to our pilot, who was both very professional and an overall fun guy. The view on the way is absolutely breathtaking, getting to see Mt Aspiring, Eranslaw, and the whole Routeburn. After we landed, we got on the cruise, which was also amazing, the blue waters under the towering fjords. Flight back through a different and just as pretty course. I enjoyed it thoroughly and saved a lot of time driving back and forth to Milford. Don't bother taking their packed lunch, it wasn't that good and the whole thing is pretty quick so you can grab lunch on the way back.
