Stepping into this 800-year-closed monastery felt like walking through a living page of history. The atmosphere, architecture, and beautifully curated events made the experience unforgettable. A truly magical place in the heart of Prague where the past finally comes alive again.

The friary, a lovely, peaceful spot in the centre of Prague, currently offers an exhibition about interesting buildings in Prague, with an impressive 3D map of the centre on the floor, maquettes of the crown jewels from all around Europe and old manuscripts with a possibility to buy something small to eat and enjoy it in special surroundings. Worth your time if you want to spend more days in Prague, slow down a bit and just enjoy the place. Very often also nice concerts.
