Amsterdam is best viewed from the water. On this 75-minute canal cruise you’ll experience the best of our historical city. It offers you the best views of the 17th-century buildings lining the city canals, and will also show you the 21st-century city that Amsterdam has become.

You’ll come across new architecture and bridges, showing a city that is rooted in history but continues to develop and change.

Pick up your snackbox at our ticketoffice before boarding and step on board in our of our covered boats and let the fun begin!

The Moco Museum is especially interested in the radical leaders and influencers of new art forms like Street Art or Pop Art. Together with high-profile guest curators, Moco is opening up the world of art to others and offering insights into modern arts' finest.

Your ticket for MOCO Museum is a ticket with a timeslot you chose while making a reservation. You can ONLY enter the museum at this specific time. Changing your slottime is NOT possible.

The address of the MOCO Museum is Honthorststraat 20, 1071 DR Amsterdam.

The ticket for your City Canal Cruise is an so called "OPEN TICKET". This means that no timeslot has been allocated and you can board any next available boat at one of the 2 docks:

The first dock is located at Stadhouderskade 501 opposite the Hard Rock Cafe. Take tram 1, 2, 5,11 and 12 stop at Leidseplein. from there the dock is a 2 minute walk.

The second dock is located at Stadhouderskade 550, opposite Heineken Experience. Take tram 2, 5,and 12 stop at Rijksmuseum. from there the dock is a 5 minute walk or take metro No. 52 and stop at Vijzelgracht. From there the dock is only a 2 minute walk.

You can cancel your ticket until 24 hours prior to departure. Cancellation within 24 hours is not possible.

Please note that that Blue Boat Company is closed on the following dates: •27th April: Kingsday •5th August: Pride & Queer Canal Parade •25th December: Christmas •31st December; no cruises after 4:00PM •1st January; until noon.

Really good lots to see. It’s a nice 75 mins relaxing on the water. Good value for money and good when it was raining. We hadn’t planned to go on this but it was cheaper than we thought and so decided to go.

We arrived for our canal tour to be told to walk to Moco Museum (my husband has difficulty walking) we were refused entry there with our ticket and sent back to the canal departure. By this time we were both exhausted. No one could explain why as the tickets were paid for! I requested a partial refund and was refused by the tour company as we had no time left to attend the moco museum before departing Amsterdam. I think this was unacceptable as it was not our fault. The canal tour however was informative and comfortable.

My wife and I took this wonderful 75 minute cruise immediately after arriving in Amsterdam. While I normally would not have done it right away, we did as part of a larger tour group. I now understand the value as you see and learn about things you might have missed on your own. It was a sunny and warm fall day so the cruise was perfect. See the photos and you'll understand why.

Beautiful, peaceful canal tour of Amsterdam. I loved the snack box, because it let me try some local foods like stroopwafel and paprika chips. This was a great activity to do on my first day, because I was still learning my way around and the boat tour didn't have a set time when I had to be there. The museum was also close to the starting point and near a lot of other activities that I went back for later. Overall, a lovely introduction to Amsterdam.

Nice Amsterdam trip at reasonable price. Combined with Moco museum it makes it really cheap. Very nice, amiable staff. We liked the comments and jokes.
