What To Expect
Halawa Valley
Your two-island Hawaiian helicopter adventure begins at the heliport in Kahului, Maui, where you'll meet your expert pilot and strap into your sky-bound chariot. After liftoff, admire the views out of the helicopter’s panoramic windows as the horizon extends for miles. Spot surfers catching waves, and see the jungle canopy from above on your way to the island of Molokai. Explore this less-visited island from the comfort of your helicopter, cruising past the world’s tallest sea cliffs, which stand at a height of more than 3,000 feet (914 meters). Get your camera ready for Kahiwa Falls, some of the tallest waterfalls in the Hawaiian Islands, and look down on the serene and remote north shore. Catch a glimpse of the dramatic Halawa Valley and the Molokai fish ponds, and then fly above the Pailolo Channel between the islands.

5.00This is our second time go with maverick helicopter come many . Great professional company. They have amazing helicopter lots of glass so you can clearly see outside. We had an amazing young pilot who was very knowledgeable, he had a very nice music playing while we were in flight as well. Music matched with the views fantastic experience.

5.00Had an awesome time out pilot, I think his name was John, was very informative. We had the front seats and super views but John made sure everyone got shots for perfect shots. It made for a perfect 35th anniversary celebration. The manager, Eric, is also from MD, like us and we spoke to him for about 45 mins before our tour. Super nice guy! Would highly recommend Maverick Helicopter to everyone. They gifted us the photograph of my husband and I as a gift.

5.00One the most beautiful and highlight of our trip to Maui. The pilot was awesome- crazy but awesome. How he flew into some of the tightest spaces on the mountains was amazing. It was exciting and breathtaking and the waterfalls and cliff views were out of this world. I would do again in a heartbeat. Yes it was expensive but worth every single cent. We even bought the photo (we never do that normally). If you get the opportunity just go !
