I’m not exaggerating when I say, we almost missed the whole thing. What should’ve been a simple meetup turned into a full-on scramble because the location was tucked away on the other side of a store. We thought we had plenty of time… we did not. By the time we realized it, we were scurrying, a little stressed, and fully convinced we might be watching that boat leave without us. But somehow, by pure luck or determination, we made it with one minute to spare. ONE minute. We jumped on the boat, slightly out of breath, hearts racing… and then, almost instantly, everything shifted. There was this tiny sparrow just sitting there like it had been waiting for us. It sounds small, but it felt like a sign to slow down. The chaos melted, and just like that, we were finally able to enjoy where we were. And where we were… was incredible. The weather was perfect. The water looked unreal, clear, calm, almost inviting you in. The staff set the tone right away: welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. They made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe without making it feel like a checklist. I’ll be honest, I was nervous. I’m not from somewhere with an ocean, so stepping into all that open water felt big. Really big. I even skipped the full snorkel gear because I didn’t want anything covering my face. But the second I got in, something changed. The water didn’t feel scary, it felt soft, clean, and strangely peaceful. Floating out there, in the middle of it all, was a feeling I didn’t expect. It was exciting, a little surreal, and honestly kind of freeing. There was marine life around us (and thankfully, I didn’t see anything too wild up close 😅), but it just added to the experience instead of taking away from it. And then back on the boat, it turned into a whole vibe. Music playing, people laughing, hot dogs in hand, everyone just enjoying the moment. No stress, no rush, just good energy all around. You could feel that everyone was happy to be there, and that kind of atmosphere sticks with you. And I have to mention Captain Kiwi. You could tell right away you were in good hands. Everything felt smooth, safe, and fun all at once, which isn’t always easy to pull off. What started as a near-fiasco turned into one of the most memorable experiences I’ve had. It had everything, stress fullness, excitement, beauty, and that feeling of stepping just a little outside your comfort zone and being so glad you did. Next time though… I’m arriving early 😍🤩🎵🌊🐙🕑🧢🎶👙🩳🩱🎶🤩

It was a really good crew! My husband had sea sickness and Jeff kept checking on us to make sure he waa doing well. Other than that the Experience was great! We would book with them again.

The boat was packed to the brim. Seemed very much overbooked with way too many people jostling for space all in bad moods. The captain was particularly in bad spirits. I’m an avid snorkeled and in all honesty I saw way more interesting tropical fish at black rock for free. With lots of turtles at black rock as well. The visibility was very good at the Molokini but even better at black rock. The turtle town part of the snorkel was pretty bad. Very few tropical fish or turtles and visibility was pretty average. The trip to Molikini by boat and turtle town was a real time waster considering you can just drive to black rock, park, and go jump in the water with your gear so easily without being on an overcrowded boat with a bunch of patrons and staff in bad moods. What a colossal disappointment. And then to top it off the desperate plea by the staff on the boat for excessive tips. I would really suggest a bit more class when begging for tips, maybe tone down the rhetoric and let leave the arm twisting for another day. One staff named Jeff was super nice and another fellah that also was a decent guy but that’s about it. Man I was really really disappointed and felt totally ripped off.

Lots of fun! The crew was fun, positive, and very informative. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Maui! If you are up for adventure and down for cold beer, this experience is for you! Only downside is that one group was late and took off later than expected, which then caused us to have to extend our paid parking. (Not the crews fault or lack of direction).

A little bummed we didn't go to the 2 places as advertised. I get that weather happens, but I feel like I should have had the options before the boat left.

Captain was very knowledgeable in history of the area. Crew were helpful and good at their jobs. Food was typical for this type of excursion. We all had fun, and it was great to be back early and still have the afternoon to enjoy. Good value for the the fee.
