Visit Maui’s famous snorkeling and diving destinations Molokini Crater and Turtle Town (or Coral Gardens) on a snorkeling catamaran! Molokini is an extinct volcanic cone and the snorkeling visibility is usually 100 feet or more! Many different species of marine life live within Molokini. Green sea turtles, fish, urchins, harmless sharks, manta rays and coral surrounded by crystal clear water all year around make Molokini a must do on your vacation activity list. This boat tour is on all tourist must see lists, and it's one of Maui's favorite activities. This is also one of Maui's most family-friendly activities.

What To Expect
Join us on our awesome Molokini and Turtle Town snorkeling adventure aboard Malolo. Malolo is a 55 foot comfortable, stable catamaran. She is equipped with easy access stairways into the water on both the front and rear of the boat. There are also 2 restrooms, trampolines to lay out on and a friendly, experienced captain and crew. A continental breakfast and deli lunch are both included as is all your top-notch snorkeling gear. We also have flotation devices such as foam noodles, body boards and float vests for your use. Optional wetsuits and high quality 16 mega pixel Olympus underwater digital cameras are available to rent.

5.00Windy Day ! On the Bay OK just to say overall had a great time Murky water have done a few trips today was probably one of the worst conditions but still had a great time with friends. Enjoy the crew John ASHLlE Macarena photographer captain did a great job. A lot of Maui information time and culture. Great job food. Definitely a good job from breakfast to lunch. Take care of the necessities equipment. Also good would highly recommend to my friends when I travel here.

5.00We got upgraded to a larger boat. Boat was nice just too many people for my liking. Would have liked the smaller boat but, crew knew their stuff. They got us out of the water before the current became too strong. Just a well oiled machine.

3.00I booked the trip for 6:30am, we should up at 5:45am as instructed. Eventually someone show up and said you have been “upgraded” to a bigger boat. That boat takes off at 7:30am. It was hard enough waking up early and we had lunch plans so wasn’t happy about being switched. They said it was an “upgrade” and the food was better etc. The food is not good, and the boat is over crowded in my opinion so our family could not sit together the entire trip. When you get to the snorkel spots they keep everyone crammed in a tiny area so you are dodging other people when swimming the whole time. We only saw 1 turtle in “turtle town”. Apparently the town consists of one resident. The ride was very rough so several people got see sick and you get the bonus of seeing the Chinese float by you while you snorkeling. Good times!

2.00Unfortunately, I can't review the trip on the Malolo. At the last minute we were moved, without option, to the Calypso. We had specifically booked a smaller boat - that's what we like. The Calypso is a nice boat and the crew is great - and, if you like a big boat, book it. We would have appreciated more notice and other options instead of being forced to go on a large boat.
