1.00this is definatley a bait and switch experience. on the advertizment it says the event lasts 9 hours and is the lowest price at 127.50$. when you book it's 159$ and notes the experice lasts 30 mins. ended up not booking.

5.00Alfredo was so accommodating and helped me find a butterfly sanctuary trip last minute. He even helped me when I accidentally booked the wrong weekend lol Highly recommend!
Overall I will recommend other people to stay here because it's a very nice experience and it's a great hotel can't wait

5.00The rooms were very clean anincompatible my cable worked Flawlessly all interactions with the staff were pleasant and all my needs were met swiftly I especially like being able to lock up my valuables in the safe and the free Wi-Fi Was excellent.

5.00Our tour with Alfredo was incredible! It's about a 3 hour drive each way to the Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary. That may seem like torture, but not with Alfredo! His English is perfect. We talked the entire time. I asked so many questions, and Alfredo answered them in depth. Not only did we see the beautiful Monarchs, but I feel like I am now an expert in Mexican law, history, economy, and ecology! Alfredo arranged exactly what we wanted with the guides on the mountain as far as horses and walking. He provided masks for us because the trail was dusty, and he also gave me bottled water. We enjoyed a delicious lunch afterwards, and I even used some of what he taught me on the way there when I was shopping at the vendors near the sanctuary entrance. I am so glad that we chose Alfredo for this once in a lifetime experience! I wholeheartedly recommend Alfredo. You will be definitely be satisfied with his high level of service. Muchas gracias, Alfredo! 😊

5.00One of the best experiences I've had exploring the world. Alfredo is a great tour guide. He is super easy to contact, answers quickly on Whatsapp, even with English as a second language he communicates very well, and most importantly his knowledge of the Monarch Butterfly migration is quite extensive. Alfredo picked us up at our hotel. Along the drive he educated us about the migration and even had a few very informative podcasts about the migration. Alfredo timed our day perfectly as the butterflies only awaken when it is warm and that is exactly when we were there. It is a bit of a walk up to the butterflies so wear appropriate shoes, bring a bottle of water and dress in layers. After seeing the amazing awaking of the butterflies we had a really good lunch at a local stand. This is an absolute must do if you are in the area.

5.00It was really amazing to visit the Monarch butterfly migration. Alfredo was very knowledgeable about the butterflies and their habitat. He was also very patient when I was having difficulty with the altitude and had to ascend the mountain very slowly with a lot of stops along the way. I enjoyed this tour.

5.00Alfredo is an awesome tour guide and very knowledgeable about the history about what we were seeing. The hike up to see the butterflies was mild to moderate intensity because of the uneven ground and high altitude, but doable with a few stops. The reward at the end was more the worth the work getting there. The ride in Alfredo’s car was super comfortable. Really enjoyed the stops for breakfast and lunch - some of the best food we had for the whole trip. We had a bit of miscommunication with the meet up time because we didn’t receive his emails through Viator, possibly because we booked through Chase rather than directly with Viator. Luckily we were able to reach him through email and WhatsApp. Definitely touch base with him before the scheduled date in case of changes, but don’t miss out on this experience!

1.00I’m not the type to look at reviews before ordering on a site,travelgenio showed me that I have to I remained without travel without assistance because no one answers the phone or email I was forced to pay a new air ticket round trip and its fact 2 months I have no news of my refund this well organized scam beware sincerely site not to try....
