Always wanted to visit and I wasn't disappointed. Travelling with my friend in my campervan, we were able to stay overnight in a large carpark where the buses park. There are no facilities but it was perfect. We bought tickets online giving us a time slot. The gardens, even in October, were beautiful. Still lots of lovely plants in bloom. The lily pond had a bit of scum on it and of course the lilies weren't blooming but we still enjoyed walking round. There were a lot of people so what would it be like in mid summer? The house was also lovely to visit. A very pleasant home I'm sure. Beautifully looked after. And of course the shop had marvellous gifts and books so we spent a few pounds. Next morning we walked into the village which is so pretty with a lot of history. Plus more lovely gardens. We also paid our respects to Monet's grave as well as to the grave of 5 young British airmen who crashed nearby and were all killed. Tragic. But a wonderful place to visit. My photos won't upload sadly

Monet's Gardens is exquisite. It was a beautiful experience. Ou tour was very good, and we learned a lot about Monet, but most of all we saw the beauty in the gardens. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting France.

This was an efficient, expensive, private, four hour tour from Paris. Our driver /guide was informative and very knowledgeable about Monet Giverny and the surrounding villages. He personally escorted and explained the gardens. Granted October is not the best time to view flowering plants but what was blooming was nice He efficiently got us through the crowds. On the drive back to Paris we toured through hill towns and observed one walled buildings dug into the limestone. We scheduled a morning (8 am pickup) tour There is no time to stop for lunch as the guide had a second tour from Paris that day scheduled for 12:30.

Chris was a wonderful guide. He was friendly with a great sense of humor. And he knew his subject well and answered all our questions. Being in a small group in the rather tight constrains of the house and gardens was also a big plus.

Lovely afternoon experience - we visited the first week in October, probably better earlier in the season.

Garden, House Water Lillies were very nice. It was not worth the price of the tour. An Uber would have been less expensive.

Christopher was prompt, very pleasant, and informative. The hour and a half drive to and from Monet’s home and garden was very pleasant with Christopher. He showed us around and let us have time to explore on our own. Definitely the highlight of our visit to Paris. Fulfilled a lifetime dream.

Giverny is magical. The gardens are outstanding and some of the flowers are spectacular! The house is small and a bit of a squeeze with all the tourists but it’s important to visit so as to get an idea of the artist at home and in his workshop. One thing I learned was his love for Japanese art. The house is full of them. Also the kitchen had a wonderful collection of shiny copper pans very evocative! There’s a little village nearby that’s worth a look. Also the sandwich and coffee shop. I’d have given the review a 4 as our guide was somewhat hit & miss. He knew the history and colour but chose to share it somewhat haphazardly.

Rose Ann was an incredible fountain of knowledge! She was on time, supplemented with relevant history, and pointed out other areas of interest. Highly recommend her.
