Did not communicate 5 stops not available on tour date and the site did not give clear indication of where pick up for marathon reroute was.

(1) I've never before paid for a H-O-H-O that didn't do a complete loop. Know-before-you-go that the last stop (where you MUST exit the bus) is a 20 minute walk from the nearest stop where you can get back on. (2) This was also the first time I've experienced NO IDENTIFYING SIGNS at the stops. We concluded we were in the right place because other bewildered-looking folks were also standing around, hoping a Grayline bus would stop somewhere in the vicinity. (3) The guide on the bus, which ended up being the only one we rode (one & done), spent a great deal of time telling amusing personal stories, when he had the opportunity to instead tell us more about the city or other buildings we were passing by. On the POSITIVE side, Jessica responded to the messages I sent in a quick, friendly manner, so that was greatly appreciated.

There are lots of places to walk to from each stop. Stops are at good central locations allowing you to walk to several sights easily. I took two rides. Each had translators who spoke English, Spanish and French.

If you book on line there is no way of knowing the route or pick up times and there is always construction in the city so time schedule and traffic can be an issue

A waste of time! We have experienced Hop on Hop off yours at least 10/15 cities. This was the worst. Now we understate, when we ask friends to join us on a Hop on Hop off and they say NO , they are the worst! Rushed to each stop, never talked about what we were traveling past. Too much back tracking.
