Though the narration and route were good the whole experience was ruined by three things. First, there is no online map to find the locations of the stops. That’s absurd. We wandered around trying to find our pick up point. Then late: The first pick up in the AM was 20 minutes late. The second stop pick up was 45 minutes late. There should have been three buses come by on that time frame according to their schedule. There was a representative from the company at that stop with a walkie talkie. He couldn’t tell us where the bus was or when to except it until we could literally see it. Mercifully it was a nice day and we had a place to sit while waiting. As a result we couldn’t trust them to pick us up and abandoned the tour. Third, there is a requirement to book two days. We abandoned the second as they were so unreliable.

It's interesting, but finding the pick up point was difficult as the stops have no SIGNAGE at all!! If you can put signs at pick up points (stops), it will greatly help tourists. Remember tourist are strangers to this place!

Really interesting to have a live guide who gave us lot of information- ideal way to orientate ourselves to Montreal. Bus not the newest and no WiFi on board but running every 15 minutes Only 10 stops in total so easy to get around quickly - bus stops were not very clear however

It's ok. Short routes. Only one route n 9 stops. Small city. Viator charge 2 days min instead just $26.-/day. We can't just purchase the one day bus tour. It's not worth it. We don't think we need 2 day $50.-/pp to see the whole city with a short routes. Weather wasn't perfect during late May. Rain n windy. It's kind of surprising.

This was absolutely horrible. Stop 1 wasn’t even available for whatever reason, so we got off at stop 2. The driver told us the pick up stop would be exactly where he dropped us off because there are no signs. We were out there at 1117 for a 1125 bus. We see a bus go by on the opposite side and never stop at 1128, not knowing Thags the bus we should have gotten on so we had to wait an extra 30 minutes. Then stop 3 days 5 minutes away… apparently that was by foot and we didn’t find out until the next stop was #4 instead of #3! I was So mad there was no communication the map didn’t say walk not ride.. nothing. The city is not nice, the bus stop was in the center of a bunch of homeless people feeling very unsafe. The tour was boring. It was just terrible in every way.
