• Got Canceled. What now?

  Our river tour was canceled due to torrential downpour and thunder. Which is fine, I understand and appreciate the company for putting safety first. My problem with the experience was it was scattered showers and thunderstorms all day, Even when I booked the tour time earlier that morning on viator, and the cancelation notice did not come through until 2:58. Me and my fiancé went to modavie instead to get out of the rain and had a great time. While there i messaged the email provided in the cancelation message stating that I would like to rebook (the cancelation message offered reschedule or refund) for the following morning as we would be leaving Montréal around noon that next day. If not we would instead opt for the refund. Everything up until this point was fine with me. The problem was they did not respond back to me at all. About 4 hours later I messaged them on viator where I had received the cancelation thinking maybe they will respond there but nothing. So we spent our final morning in town trying not to be too far from the pier constantly checking our inbox for an email that never came. In fear that we would get a reschedule and our deposit would go to waste. I obviously cannot rate the actual experience so NA/10. But the communicating is a 0/10 Advice if there's any hint of heavy rain that day. Don't book. I scheduled for 3pm because the rain was supposed to hold off until 5 or 6pm. And the communication makes this not worth the risk

  Nice tour, narrated and on covered boat with nicely arranged seating. Drinks served at beginning, but no refills, so get xtra to start if your really want it. Crew was great and professional. Some nice sites from the water, and was a nice diversion to relax a bit. We were happy customers!

  Was a nice tour staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Only improvement would be to not advertise drinks, since none included.

  Tour guide and cruise operator did a good job. I wish more tourists visit this cruise. God Bless!!!!!!!!

  Great tour out on the water. Staff was extremely helpful when directing us where to go for the ride. A must do for tourists and locals in Montreal! A+
