The surprises continue with cult-favorite street gnocchi from a legendary family-run walk-up window, smothered in slow-cooked tomato sauce.

Dominique was a GREAT guide, and very knowledgeable of the city. The tour sizes were good, and felt very personable. The overall experience was very relaxed, and the 2.5 hour tour was the perfect length. Would highly recommend!

PROS - There were some good spots - the bagel and the greek phylo were amazing. CONS - our tour guide was way too chatty about his personal life, mentioned his ex at least 10X, and before the final stop went on a tangent about how important tipping is, the sandwich stop was disappointing.

We had an amazing experience on the Secret Food Tour in Montreal with Dominique as our guide. She was excellent—full of energy, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about sharing Montreal’s food culture and Canadian heritage. The tour included six fantastic stops, many of which were hidden gems and iconic local restaurants that we never would have discovered on our own. We were encouraged to try foods outside of our usual comfort zone, and every stop was delicious and memorable. Dominique kept the entire group engaged throughout the tour, answered all of our questions, and shared fascinating stories about the city, its history, and its culinary traditions. Her enthusiasm was contagious, and her pride in her Canadian heritage added a special touch to the experience. If you’re visiting Montreal and want a fun, informative, and delicious way to explore the city, I highly recommend this tour. Dominique made it an unforgettable experience!

Food stops unique to the area. My husband enjoyed the poutine the most and I am torn between the pear ice cream and spanakopita. Eric was fun and I always love chatting with the other guests!
