4.00I went on this food tour today with Eric, and it was a fantastic experience. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and more than happy to be flexible, which made the tour feel relaxed and personal. We had a small group, which allowed us to move comfortably through the city, take our time, and even stop by a few vintage shops along the way. The food was excellent, and it was a pleasure hearing stories about the city as we walked. The experience truly felt like a local’s tour — the kind that stands apart from larger, more mainstream tour groups. I couldn’t recommend this tour highly enough to visitors to the city… and if you’re lucky, you’ll get Eric as your guide!

5.00We had a wonderful experience with Eric. He was knowledgeable and so personable. We enjoyed all the stops and were so full by the end of the tour. Wish we had tried the gnocchi just down from our dessert stop but understand it’s a busy place.

5.00We really enjoyed our Mile End Food Tour, with Eric. Firstly, Eric is very personable. He made it a point to engage with each one of us, in our small group, while providing history of Montreal and especially, the Mile End area, He is a passionate “foodie,” who selected a great variety of ‘hidden gems,’ and ‘Mom + Pop’ establishments. We had, generous portions of Montreal smoked meat, the BEST Poutin I ever tasted, a delicious Montreal bagel, (hot out of the oven!), spanakopita, Hungarian garlic soup, and a cannoli, served with a warm beverage. A BIG shout out to Eric, for a very informative and entertaining tour of the Mile End! (…. TY also, Eric, for directing us to a cab stop!)
Ideal tour for anyone who enjoys good food and great company.

5.00Great company and excellent food, what more could you want? Our guide, Lucas, took us on a tour of Little Italy which, despite the awful weather (rain in January?!!) was a lovely way to spend a couple of hours. We started off with the most delicious foccacia sandwich at Roxy Foccacia, featuring home made bread and local produce. Then we walked, in the rain 😒 to Jean Talon Marche where we were treated to the most delicious maple ice cream, arancini, Romanian sausage and several other tasty choices. We ended up with pizza, cannoli and lattes at a local Cafe, San Gennaro. All the food choices were delicious. Lucas was friendly and knowledgeable and both myself and my mum enjoyed ourselves enormously. I would highly recommend this tour.

5.00Fantastic tour. Eric was a great guide with excellent local knowledge. Conversation flowed well thanks to him and the other group members. The food was delicious, with a good variety. The Hungarian garlic soup was a highlight as was the cannoli. The walking was easy, even with a lot of snow around.
