For transportation efficiency, the entire group will travel together in one comfortable, air-conditioned bus, and upon arrival, the participants will be divided into smaller groups of up to 15 people per guide.
Tour may be affected due to special circumstances
On Saturdays and Sundays there may be delays in the tour due to the high number of visitors to the monastery.
On high occupancy days, the Rack Railway will be used instead of the Aerial Cable Car

You will be able to see the Sportive City of FC Barcelona and its headquarters We will drive you through the Countryside and you will start to see the great mountain of Montserrat Get into the Natural Park of Montserrat See the great views while you are going up to the mountain.

3.00Unfortunately it was overcast and drizzly on the day we went so visibility of the mountains and view were obscured, which was one of the main draw cards for us. However our guide Deph was like a little ray of sunshine. You could tell she was genuinely passionate about Monserrat and nature and was herself a highlight of the day

2.00Our guide Carlos was wonderful - helpful, knowledgeable & kind. However, please be advised that this tour is NOT maximum of 12. We were on a big bus with many other people, rushed through most of the tour (not even time to use bathroom) & had to spend 30-45 + minutes to pick up another group at lunch. The only portion what was a smaller group was the hike. Also our group and 9 other people were given the wrong meeting place to start & had to run blocks to get to bus. When we arrived (panting for breath) Roger scolded all of us / no apology. We all followed the exact link that was sent. Do NOT book this tour unless you are okay with a big group/bus and a “mass tourist” experience. If you are ok with this, you will probably be happy as Carlos is great.

5.00Carlos Valdivida is a very talented and smart guide. So knowledgeable and took his time explaining all important aspects of Monserrat. He even gave us a token of the lady and the child. He was so sweet to even give us coques to eat. I highly recommend Carlos to be your tour guide for this trip. Thanks for the memorable experience Carlos, you went beyond and over this guided trip.
