5.00Great tour of the highlights of Montserrat. The railway line to the top was smooth and fast. There is no shortage of things to see and do once in town. The highlight of my trip was hearing the Boy's Choir sing. It was like being in Heaven! Carlos was a fantastic guide!

5.00We were in Montserrat less than a year ago & booked the tour with lunch (which was an amazing meal). That 1st tour didn’t get us access to go up to the black Madonna & that was important to me. So this time, I booked this tour to see the Black Madonna with the choir. The boys choir was amazing! Voices of angels! This was a better tour but wish lunch was included & that would have been the perfect tour. Montserrat is a must see!

5.00I felt like this was a once in a lifetime experience. I was worried about booking this in February but we had the most amazing weather. The weather was so clear that we could see the Mediterranean from the mountain. Our tour guide Alba (or Alma?) was wonderful. She spoke perfect English, was very sweet and knowledgeable. Seeing this monastery and the boys choir perform was life changing. There’s no words to describe the sound of their voices filing the walls of the church. I would imagine this is what angels sound like. Oh! And I didn’t know that there was an art museum next to the monastery, so that was a wonderful surprise and added bonus! There are also hiking trails and a funicular to ride (we didn’t do these things). There’s definitely no shortage of areas to explore on this mountain. If you’re staying in Barcelona, make sure to book this tour!
