5.00We really enjoyed our time on this trip. A small group, comfortable van, and a wonderful and informative guide. The views are spectacular, as is the church. (It does not include the ticket to go up to the black Madonna, but our guide said you can purchase that separately if you like/there is time). Definitely worth doing and one of the highlights of our trip. Please know that it is a decent amount of downhill walking, while not difficult, I could see where it might be for those with knee issues, so just be aware.

5.00James was an excellent guide, and we enjoyed the tour of Montserrat very much. James was extremely knowledgeable. We enjoyed the hike down the mountain, and it was a very easy 'hike'. All in all, a 5 star experience!

5.00This a must-do while in Barcelona! The Basilica was beautiful. We rode the cable car up to see the gorgeous views at the top and then had an easy hike down. David was very knowledgeable and an excellent guide.

5.00Coming down the hill is not for sissies. I thought the narrative of the trip understated the difficulty of the hill. I am 78 with bad knees so keep that in mind . The views were magnificent and our guide was a joy. I would go back the next time I’m in Spain . On a weekday in the slow season.
