Montserrat is beautiful and worth the trip. However, there was so much traffic to get into the park and there was no parking so we had to wait for the guide. Therefore, we didn't get to see as much or do the funicular or really explore the area.

Our guide was knowledgeable but we had a hard time understanding him due to his thick accent. Our tour was a mixture of English and Spanish so it was somewhat disruptive as he had to go back and forth between the 2 languages. I didn’t realize the tour did not include the ability to see the black Madonna, so a bit disappointed about that. Being picked up and dropped off at our hotel was very convenient.
