You’ll also have the chance to sample local products such as fresh juices, tropical fruits, and delicious jams. Additionally, a visit to a pearl shop provides a unique glimpse into Mo'orea’s traditional crafts.

Please note that the Rotui Juice Factory is closed during weekends. In such cases, we will replace this stop with another attraction, such as a swim on the beautiful Ta'ahiamanu Beach.
For weather condition reasons or other a bus can not be able to go up to Tropical gaeden stop. A substitution might be offered.
Due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, the bus may not be able to reach the Tropical Garden stop. In such cases, we will provide an alternative attraction to ensure your tour remains enjoyable and fulfilling
Travelers coming from Tahiti (Papeete) are responsible for covering the cost of their taxi transfers to and from their hotel to the ferry terminal
Travelers coming from Tahiti (Papeete) are responsible for purchasing their round-trip ferry tickets, as these are not included in the tour price

This wasn’t just a sightseeing tour – it was a genuine connection with someone who has deep family roots in French Polynesia and a real pride in sharing his island with visitors. We started near the dock and he immediately surprised us with a stop to see nurse sharks – something we hadn’t encountered on any of our other tours in the area. From there, he took us around the entire island, weaving in stories about the land, the people, and his own life growing up on Moorea. He shared about his family, his experiences, and what life on the island is really like, which gave the tour a warmth and authenticity you simply can’t get from a guidebook. What also stood out was his thoughtful perspective on tourism – he spoke openly about how important it is to the island’s economy, how dependent the local community is on visitors, and even drew connections between the Moorea economy and broader American economic trends. It was eye-opening and made us feel more connected to the place and its people. He stopped to take our pictures, made us feel completely welcome, and never made the tour feel transactional. Everyone we encountered felt the same way – warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to have us there. If you want to truly understand Moorea beyond its stunning scenery, Tohivea is your guide. 5.00It was such a pleasure dealing with Max (owner) and Eric (tour guide) who were incredibly accommodating in changing our tour of Moorea to a tour of Tahiti on a different day because my husband wasn’t feeling well. They were both extremely profesional and understanding with the change in plans and it worked out for the best. Eric was a wonderful guide and we learned about many different aspects of Tahitian life and saw places & things we would have never discovered on our own. From waterfalls, caves, plants, surfers, a brilliant sunset, and a drop off at the airport… our final day before heading home could not have been better. I HIGHLY recommend Tahiti Welcome Tours and their full day tour of Tahiti.

5.00Moorea and Tahiti were beyond my imagination. You see movies, you see pictures but to be there is even better. The people were very pleasant. The sand ,the water the vegetation, the Gardens and even the inside of the volcano on Tahiti was fantastic. We stayed at the Intercontinental resort on Tahiti and I have nothing to complain about. The staff the rooms, the pools, the restaurants were all very good. The sunrise and sunsets were beautiful. We have general agreement, that is my wife and I, not to return to the same place when planning a vacation, but...?

5.00Guide Max was very passionate about this spectacular place on earth. We circled the entire island with Max taking our picture while we celebrated 50 years of marriage at each of the beautiful views. Max explained the colorful history of the islands. Philip our driver managed to get the air conditioned vehicle up roads that would normally require 4 wheel drive. We saw other tours where they struggled and had to help push the vehicle up the dirt road. Highly recommend this tour. If you go to Tahiti, reserve a day for this tour.

5.00Had a wonderful time in Moorea with Max! He is so knowledgeable about the French Polynesia countries and brings historical information into his tours. Were lucky enough to see a turtle on our lagoon excursion during this tour. Saw many places that you wouldn't know were there if you werent on this tour!
