What To Expect
Moraine Lake
Your long time local driver will pick you up at your specified hotel in our upscale van with leather seats, XL tinted windows, and XL ceiling. It will take just under an hour to get to Moraine lake. Your driver will provide commentary along the way about Banff's history, wildlife, and ecology along the way. Once we arrive at the lake you will have over an hour to go exploring the rockpile trail, lake shore, the cafe or go canoeing (canoe rental available on site).
Valley of the Ten Peaks
We'll stop for a photo op on the way to Lake Louise with a viewpoint of the Valley of the Ten Peaks.

5.00Andrew is obviously very knowledgeable and competent. Was a joy having him take us to and tell us about Moraine Lake and Lake Louise on Sep 27, 2025. He had a lot of extra, great information about so many of the things that interested the entire group of 11 "friends" -- including the two of us celebrating our 6 decades of marriage. He answered so many questions, any and all from the group that day. He even gave us some good recommendations for local restaurants in Banff, which we followed (thanks for the Tommy's Neighborhood Pub suggestion; we really enjoyed it!).

5.00This was a fantastic way to see the beautiful sights in and around Banff. The van was very nice and comfortable. Andrew, our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and fun too! We could have never navigated these places ourselves in our own vehicle. It was a very pleasant afternoon with the best guide ever!

Super comfortable ride in the amazing van and had a special guest Ricki the Dog on board! Super reasonably priced trip also for what you receive!

5.00I've lived in Banff National Park for nearly 15 years. Today I took my two best friends from Ontario on the Banff Mountain Chauffeur with local guide Andrew. As someone who has watched the growth and tourism going to Lake Louise and Moraine lake I cannot express how much better it is to be with a local guide, have a nice relaxing ride and not waiting in lines for the parks Canada buses. This shuttle service is the way to go!! Andrew was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. His vehicle was comfortable and clean and he also provided snacks. The weather was questionable and he was well prepared with umbrellas and ponchos for guests as well. We will not forget this trip to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise.
