We must inform you that the service provided by the ferry is outside our agency, although we try to make it as comfortable as possible. In the event that during your visit the ferry cancels the return (something that happens very rarely) due to bad weather from Tangier, the ferry company will offer us the possibility of returning through another port near the city of Tangier, you must take into account that the return can be delayed from two to three hours from the usual return time. Our company will be in charge of guaranteeing you a meal and the transfer to this port of Tangier.

1.00Dear [Company Name], I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the Morocco tour I booked with your company. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing and stressful experience for me and my family. From the beginning, there were issues with communication and professionalism. Your company initially contacted me to confirm the pickup location, which I provided. However, later the driver directly contacted me again asking for the pickup address. For security reasons, I preferred that all communication go through your company, but the driver insisted that I share my location with him. This made me uncomfortable, and as a result, I had to arrange to meet him with my family at the city hall instead. The situation worsened once the tour began. The tour guide’s behavior was unprofessional and rude throughout the day. He wasted a significant amount of time at unnecessary stops, yet rushed us when we wanted to visit places that were part of the tour. One specific issue was at the cave visit, where we were told to pay $10 per person, even though the posted price was $6. When I questioned this, the guide became upset and raised his voice, insisting that this had already been discussed, which it had not. Additionally: The guide pressured us to pay extra for activities that were described as included in the tour. He rushed us through important locations and discouraged us from visiting places like the art museum, claiming there was no time. When we insisted on visiting the art museum, his attitude became even more rude and uncooperative. We were not given proper time to explore the souk; instead, we were rushed through quickly without the opportunity to enjoy it. Most of the stops seemed to be places where the guide had personal connections, rather than locations that were meaningful for tourists. During the meal, we were rushed and treated poorly, and the guide was also disrespectful to others around him. The only positive part of the experience was the restaurant you recommended. The staff there were kind, professional, and welcoming. In fact, they were the only part of the experience that reflected positively on your company. Overall, this tour did not match the description provided, and the behavior of both the driver and the guide was unacceptable. This experience fell far below reasonable expectations for a professional tour service. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter seriously and provide an explanation. I also believe some form of compensation is appropriate given the poor quality of service we received. I look forward to your response.

5.00Amazing day from start to finish! Our driver Tito picked us up at our hotel in Mijas, brought us to the ferry and treated us to a delicious breakfast! Then we were greeted by Tommy, a native Tangerian, who took us all over Tangiers! We rode camels on the beach, strolled through the markets and had the most delicious Moroccan lunch!! Tommy never left our side. Mohammed, our driver, did a fabulous job driving us through the crowded streets. After returning to Tarifa. We were once again greeted by Tito who whisked us back safely to our hotel. A day we will never forget!!

5.00This tour could not have been better. It was everything, from beautiful photo ops, to riding a camel, to lots of interesting history, beautiful and low-pressure shopping opportunities, to the most amazing feast for lunch. But the real clincher was when I left my jacket in the van in Tangier. The next day in Malaga it was returned to me—an operation that involved the driver in Tangier, someone to bring it across on the ferry, and a special delivery in Spain at my hotel. An unbelievable effort for a lost jacket. I cannot recommend this group highly enough. I had the time of my life.

5.00We had an amazing experience on this trip! Our driver, Nikolay, was wonderful—friendly, helpful, and made the journey even more enjoyable. He assisted us with purchasing our ferry tickets to Tangier and kept us entertained with great music along the way. By the end of the trip, we were even playing movie soundtrack trivia, which was such a fun touch—he’s incredibly knowledgeable about films! Once in Tangier, our guide Tommy and his driver were equally fantastic. Both were very kind and made us feel comfortable throughout the tour. One of the highlights was definitely the camel ride along the beach. It was absolutely beautiful, with the blue Mediterranean Sea as the perfect backdrop. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone looking for a memorable and well-organized experience!

5.00I was given clear instructions on meeting point . The ride to speed boat was smooth . Instructions were very clear on immigration on the boat and what they would be looking for once you arrived . Sit near the exit stairs it will get you off faster! Met my Morocco guide coming off the escalator . Tour started right away . It was just me private tour I was able to make stops take lotsa pics gets info about said spot. Was given an amazing beach ride on a camel and view of the ocean were amazing . The food was spectacular ! Restaurant overall amazing the owner was so nice ! My guide knew so many ppl I told him I was looking for cute slippers, tea for my mom, magnets, and tea pot. I was able to get it all! We walked through the Medina and haggled. He took me to the fish market which is very diff! And back on the boat with ample time . Made it hm safe . Overall great experience in Morocco . Never felt unsafe so glad I went for it ! I wish this would let me load pictures !
