5.00We thoroughly enjoyed this experience as a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys. The crew were informative and engaging and happy to help in anyway. The weather was beautiful and we managed to see both whales & dolphins finished off with some snorkelling and swimming with the fishies. Great day out and highly recommend this to anyone.

5.00We did the 3 hour and loved it. We saw both whales and dolphins and the crew did a great job of pointing out the whales/dolphins and providing some back ground on each. Drinks (water, soft drinks or beer) and a small sandwich which were provided (drinks from the time you boarded, grab what you want). A toilet is available on board. Masks and snorkels were provided for the swim. The boat pulled into a Harbor over a small reef and fish around the boat were abundant (and you need to stay close to the boat). We booked through Get your Guide.

1.00I booked this as a shore excursion from Santa cruz harbour. It is not. It is a 50 minutes drive away. This was not made clear and, therefore, I didn't make it. It should not be solld as a shore excursion on that basis. There was no contact from the operator either before or after the event They were just happy to take my money, for nothing! Don't show it as a shore excursion if you're not going to be picked up from the cruise ship, Viator. It's totally misleading

5.00We booked a 2-hour whale watching tour. Despite the rather difficult conditions (waves) we could see pilot whales and dolphins. The crew took more time than originally planned until we could also see pilot whales. Care is always taken that the animals are not disturbed. The crew was extremely friendly, personable and accommodating! We would especially like to thank Lucia, who took the time to personally translate the interesting information about the animals we have seen to us and our children and to ensure our children have the best possible view of the animals!

5.00Great boat ride, the crew is very friendly! The music is great and there are not too many people to enjoy the calm of the ocean. We could see some dolphins: magical moment!!
