Our captains are all U.S. Coast Guard licensed Master Captains and all of our staff and guides are enrolled in a national drug consortium and are subjected to random drug screening.
Our location is a full service brick and mortar tour center with manatee gift shop. Our gift shop is unlike any other with over 99% of the gifts found in our gift shop strictly manatee related. You wont find a larger selection of manatee merchandise in one place anywhere, not even online.

Pricing is the same for children and adults, all persons going on tour must have a ticket regrdless of age.
Children 3 years old and up are welcome with paid ticket.
Children under the age of 3 are welcome on private trips ONLY (call for private trip pricing)
Wetsuits available in sizes from 3 toddler to adult 4X.
All manatee tours are 3 hours in duration.
Photo packages of your manatee experience available for purchase after your tour.
Not recommended for travelers with weak knees. Must use boat ladder.

What To Expect
On this adventure of a lifetime guests will swim and snorkel with manatees in the wild. Tours are 3 hours in length and all gear (Mask, Snorkel and Wetsuit) is provided for each person at no additional cost. Wetsuits will aid in bouyancy and each participant is also provided a foam swim noodle to hang onto for additional floatation. We are mostly just floating with the manatees in a calm quiet manner and allowing the manatees to be comfortable around us. You will be introduced to your guide upon your arrival and your guide will remain with you throughout the duration of your expereince to include being in the water with you. Your guide will be taking photographs of you and the others in your group throughout the tour, and pictures taken can be reviewed at the conclusion of the tour and may be purchased if desired. Please be sure to watch the Manatee Manners video that we will be sent to you in your confirmation email, this will give you great tips on how to have the best experience. We look forward to sharing this amazing experience with you.

5.00This was one of the coolest and most unique experiences I’ve ever had. It’s like being in an aquarium but in the natural world. This was absolutely amazing. Pro tip: go in the early morning sessions and the colder out the better, that means more manatees. You will adjust to the water temp very quickly with the wet suit they provide.

5.00Neal and Aidan took us out on the 7:00 a.m. trip on 1/4/26. We didn’t know what to expect that early — it was dark, chilly, and foggy. We arrived about 10 minutes early (plan to arrive 15), watched a short video, got into our wetsuits, and by the time Neal drove the bus for the short ride to the pier, it was already brightening up. Aidan captained us to the swim area (about a 10-minute ride) and explained all the protections in place for both us and the manatees. We put on our snorkels and hopped in. The water feels cool for less than a minute… and then WOW. There were manatees everywhere. Neal stays in the water with the group, and you simply float (with a noodle) while manatees sleep beneath you in about five feet of water, then swim under and around you. It’s absolutely incredible. You feel safe and comfortable the entire time, and the boat is always close if you want to get out. We had so many sightings — the manatees came right up to us and even gently gummed the rope on the boat just inches away. They are adorable. Neal and Aidan were outstanding guides. We HIGHLY enjoyed this experience and will absolutely be coming back!! *bring towels, layers and flip flops/slides)*

5.00Did our tour with guide Neal and captain Aidan. Very friendly, thoughtful, and thorough and made sure that we all had an enjoyable time. Some of us had to stay on the boat and Aidan was very accommodating, offering us hot drinks, flying his drone so we could see the manatees better, and talking about a lot of the wildlife here, not just the manatees. Very educational and special because we got to see one up close nibbling the rope for the anchor and checking out the boat ladder. Amazing and would 10/10 do this again.

5.00Guide Kaitlyn and Captain Aidan were kind, knowledgeable, and fun! We were very lucky to see so many manatees on a warmer day in December (low 60s). The provided wetsuits kept us warm throughout, but getting out is the coldest part. The boat was protected from the cool breeze after we got out and hot drinks were provided as well. 10/10 experience that we would love to repeat in the future. Thank you!

5.00The swim with the manatees was amazing. Highly recommend. The water was fine and not cold. The air temp was 38 and we didnt have any issues with being to cold. It was a surreal being able to encounter mantees in their natural habitat. Highly recommend.

5.00Awesome experience! The tour operators were friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about manatees and the surrounding local wildlife. It was clear how much they genuinely care about both the manatees and the people on the tour. Be sure to bring a towel for the ride back and a change of clothes after your swim. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back. We cannot recommend this tour highly enough. Special thanks to Magan and Derek for making it such a memorable experience!

5.00Chaz took us to an awesome spot where it wasn’t crowded and where the local manatees that live there year round were handing out. They were playful and interactive. Neal held our daughter’s hand the majority of the excursion and helped her feel at ease. He guided us to the manatees and made sure we all had a great experience. What an awesome tour!
