Our captains are all U.S. Coast Guard licensed Master Captains and all of our staff and guides are enrolled in a national drug consortium and are subjected to random drug screening.
Our location is a full service brick and mortar tour center with manatee gift shop. Our gift shop is unlike any other with over 99% of the gifts found in our gift shop strictly manatee related. You wont find a larger selection of manatee merchandise in one place anywhere, not even online.

Pricing is the same for children and adults, all persons going on tour must have a ticket regrdless of age.
Children 3 years old and up are welcome with paid ticket.
Children under the age of 3 are welcome on private trips ONLY (call for private trip pricing)
Wetsuits available in sizes from 3 toddler to adult 4X.
All manatee tours are 3 hours in duration.
Photo packages of your manatee experience available for purchase after your tour.
Not recommended for travelers with weak knees. Must use boat ladder.
What To Expect
On this adventure of a lifetime guests will swim and snorkel with manatees in the wild. Tours are 3 hours in length and all gear (Mask, Snorkel and Wetsuit) is provided for each person at no additional cost. Wetsuits will aid in bouyancy and each participant is also provided a foam swim noodle to hang onto for additional floatation. We are mostly just floating with the manatees in a calm quiet manner and allowing the manatees to be comfortable around us. You will be introduced to your guide upon your arrival and your guide will remain with you throughout the duration of your expereince to include being in the water with you. Your guide will be taking photographs of you and the others in your group throughout the tour, and pictures taken can be reviewed at the conclusion of the tour and may be purchased if desired. Please be sure to watch the Manatee Manners video that we will be sent to you in your confirmation email, this will give you great tips on how to have the best experience. We look forward to sharing this amazing experience with you.

5.00What a wonderful experience. Our Guide, Storm, was phenomenal. His knowledge of the wildlife and manatee habitat were unmatched. There was no question he couldn’t answer. It was a little hard to see manatees but we knew it may be that way due to the time of year. Captain Chaz was also tremendous telling us about the area, natural habitat. We were able to see several manatees and swim with a mom and baby…. An experience of a lifetime!! Storm also made an awesome dinner recommendation in the area that was great!

2.00Poorly organised staff just bundled everyone out one manatee went past me but water was so murky you couldn’t see it every other boat seemed to see them. Just told to put wet suits in the wash bin when returned to shop and no one said anything. Got an email on the evening offering 10 photos for the whole group one last sales pitch. Would not recommend

5.00We came during the off-season but were lucky enough to see two manatees! We had Storm and Alex as our guides, and you could truly tell how much they care about the manatees and making sure guests respected their space and didn’t overwhelm them. Overall, this was such a unique and fun experience, and I highly recommend it! We’re already planning to do this every time we come to Florida.

4.00Our captain (Brody) and guide (Neal) were exceptional and charismatic. If you do this experience, you’ll have a blast. I only give this 4/5 stars because we spent significantly more time in the boat then we did the water with the animals. While we both certainly knew this was out of the guides’ control, advertising differently by season may be something to consider so it feels the experience/pictures match what’s being provided. Congratulations to Neal for getting his Captains license! Keep up the great work, yall.

5.00We really enjoyed this trip. We came in the offseason for manatees. But we saw one almost as soon as we left and got in the water with her. We ended up swimming with two others too. I did book with trip advisor. I did not realize there’s a video you need to watch first about how to interact with the manatees. I would’ve done that beforehand.

5.00We went in the low season for manatees. Even then, our guide Storm and captain Alex made sure everyone was able to see one, we had the opportunity to spot 3-4 of them, really amazing creatures. We all had a lovely time thank you :)

5.00We had a really great time! The driver and the guide were wonderful and made our experience a fantastic one! We went during and off-season but we were lucky to find a manatee to follow along on our entire trip out. The staff was helpful with every question and they stuck closely to the allotted time. A fantastic group to be with!
