5.00First of all, our driver Jero was super precise and punctual in picking us up from our hotel, his car was comfortable and equipped with air conditioning. The trekking experience was also very nice, even if a bit tiring at times, but overall the climb is short and the difference in altitude is absolutely manageable.

5.00LThe arrival at the top of Mount Batur is exceptional. The guide Kadek is extremely nice and dedicated to doing the best. Cooler air conditioning would have been appreciated on the way to the car. Excursions are not recommended for people with poor and average physical conditions.

5.00Easily the best thing we’ve done in Bali and one of the most memorable hikes i’ve ever done! Arta was amazing and communicated each step of the experience to us clearly! Jero the guide was absolutely fantastic. I couldn't praise him enough because he was so knowledgeable of the local area and the hike. His english language was really good and he was very light hearted throughout! His photography skills were incredible. This is a great hike if you want to avoid the crowds or the sunrise hike. The views were out of this world 10/10!!!

4.00We started the day with the driver Kadong picking us up from our hotel, he was the kindest and was very funny, we chatted along the way. Then he took us to our next stop which was the Mount Batur meeting point. It was very beautiful at the top and wasn’t very crowded. When we finished the hike Kadong was kindly waiting for us ready to go back to our hotel. It was a well spent day!

5.00We had an wonderful experience hiking up Mount Batur for the sunset trek. Our guide, Ageng, was friendly, skilled and thoughtful throughout the entire journey. He made sure everyone felt safe on the climb, and prepared snacks for us at the top. The whole trip was very well organized from start to finish. A special mention goes to the transportation from our hotel to the mountain and back. Thank you to Sarwa for the safe and smooth ride. Even though we didn’t get to see the actual sunset due to the weather, the trip was still an unforgettable experience.

5.00Komang was a great guide. He was encouraging, allowed breaks, and allowed us to come down early since there were so many clouds we would not see sunset. He was friendly and carried food for us. If you do this hike make sure to have good shoes. Going up is physically hard as it is so steep. Coming down is hard because of all the loose rock. Beautiful hike!

5.00The Sunset hike was beautiful. The views on the way up are stunning, the sunset was beautiful and on the way down I was lucky and saw the super moon rise. Komang my guide was great, explaining local culture, history on the volcano, cooked snack in the heat from the volcano, took some great photos for me & assisted me on the hike down so I didn’t slide to much. A fantastic experience
