We had booked a day trip to Mt.Fuji for a family of 9. Mr.Hasan was our guide for the day. Communication was great, he asked us beforehand which locations we wanted to do and helped us plan the day. He advised us to start early, arrived before time. The vehicle was neat, clean, very comfortable seating and well air-conditioned. Mr.Hasan was a great guide and gave us all the information about Mt.Fuji and the places we visited. He was kind enough to extend our trip time. We had a wonderful day and a great experience with Mr.Hasan. Highly recommend. Thank you.

We were picked up on time but there was no tour guide to give us more information on the sites. The driver just pointed out some places and was not well versed. Could not see many places also because of the rain.

Our guide Shazhaad, was amazing. He took the time to educate my spouse and our adult son the entire trip. Although were were not able to see Mount Fuji because the clouds never cleared, the overall experience was truly amazing because of our guide. He walked with us at each park talking about the history and what is available at each location. He allowed us to explore and read through the history… taking up time for the multiple locations we stopped. Truly a phenomenal experience and much of that coming from our guide. I highly recommend this company and would certainly ask for Shazhaad if he is available - I am sure he is sought by many. We saw a lot of tour buses on the way up and down, private guide is the way to go. We were pick up by a hotel near by to our location, less than 5 min walk. We stayed in the Asakusa shopping area. A+++. Great experience HIGHLY recommend! Thank you Shazhaad! Great experience that will last a lifetime!
