Our guide Naomi and driver Joji provided and amazing day to Mount Fuji. We visited a few different interesting stops on the way and Naomi was able to answer all the questions we had. She also provided a lot of information about the area and the history about Mount Fuji on the way. Great value for money.

My pickup location was in Ginza, and unfortunately the tour got off to a rough and unsettling start. While driving on a bridge, the bus suddenly began beeping loudly and slowing down. Being stuck on a bridge while the bus appeared to be malfunctioning was very uncomfortable and concerning. We eventually made it off the bridge and pulled into a rest stop, where we waited nearly an hour for a replacement bus to arrive. Even without the transportation issues, the itinerary would have involved relatively quick stops. However, because of the delay, the stops became even shorter. To make up for lost time, each stop was limited to about 15–30 minutes, which only allowed for quick photos, a brief walk around, and maybe grabbing a snack before rushing back to the bus. That said, I did manage to get some nice pictures along the way despite the short stops. No refund or partial refund was offered for the delay or the inconvenience. I wouldn’t choose this type of tour again. If your main goal is simply to capture a few nice photos and you don’t mind very limited time at each location, this tour may still work for you.
