This round-trip, full-day excursion includes simple pickup and drop-off at your hotel or another hotel location. To fully enjoy this excursion, you have 7 - 9 hours to fully immerse yourself in the region's natural beauty and cultural treasures.
An extra hourly fee will be charged if your tour lasts longer than expected:
¥7,000 per hour for a van
¥14,000 per hour for a minibus
Note: Pickups from Yokohama require an additional charge of ¥5,000 for a van or ¥10,000 for a minibus .

What To Expect
Chureito Pagoda
The Chureito Pagoda is a five storied pagoda on the mountainside overlooking Fujiyoshida City and Mount Fuji off in the distance. The pagoda is part of the Arakura Sengen Shrine and was built as a peace memorial in 1963 nearly 400 steps up the mountain from the shrine's main buildings.
Arakurayama Sengen Park
Arakurayama Sengen Park is a beautiful park in Fujiyoshida, Japan, known for its amazing view of Mount Fuji. The park has the famous five-story Chureito Pagoda, which stands on a hill surrounded by cherry blossom trees. In spring, the pink flowers, red pagoda, and snow-capped Mount Fuji create one of Japan’s most famous sights. In autumn, colorful leaves cover the area, making it just as stunning. To reach the viewpoint, visitors climb about 400 steps, but the breathtaking scenery at the top is worth it. The park is peaceful and a perfect spot for photos, especially at sunrise or sunset. It’s easy to reach by train from Tokyo, making it a popular day-trip destination.

5.00Our tour guide, Shabeer, was reliable, knowledgeable, friendly and well organised. He personalised our tour to exactly what we wanted. This made it fun and memorable from start to finish. Our tour was well paced, we never felt pressured or rushed. We would highly recommend this tour and guide. He had a great understanding of English and helped us out when the language barrier was an issue.

5.00Started with a very timely pick up! Babar texted the day before to introduce himself and he messaged in the morning. We left at 7:30, and traffic wasn’t too bad leaving Minato. With clear blue skies and incredible views of Mt. Fuji all day - our day started visiting the pagoda, heading to the shrine, and then off to 5th Station. We were so thankful for how serene and quiet it was on a Friday in December. While the scenery wasn’t as lush as it would have been in spring or fall, we had a wonderful time. After 5th station, we did the ice cave quickly with no one in sight, and capped off our site-seeing by the lake. Babar took us to a fun local restaurant that was super unique, tasty & fresh food, and very affordable. Babar was kind enough to offer to drop us off in Shinjuku instead of taking us back to our hotel, which made the day so much more efficient. Babar was an excellent driver, very kind, and took lots of pictures. We had perfect weather and the perfect day. So glad we chose to do a private tour! We will be back in spring AND fall.

5.00We had an excellent time with our tour guide Malik. He really helped us understand the background of every place we visited. He also helped us make the most of our experience. The views we saw of Mount Fuji were incredible and was definitely worth it. We also went to a village and a lake which gave us even prettier views. Overall, a 10/10 experience.
