• A great day to Mt. Fuji surrounding

  We spend a wonderful day at some iconic places in the neighborhood of Mt. Fuji. Been winter was not allowed to reach the mount but anyhow from the location we were taked we could see the majestic shape of the mountain and we took some very awesome photos. Our driver Mr. Abdul is very nice, he drives safely and never overspending, he gave us hints on the locations we visited and was always kind in helping to take photos when we asked. The place to visit are many and later afternoon we had to skip some of them since traveling with kids and been winter it was cold. Highly recommended tour. The car was a van that could accommodate 6 people comfortably. If we will have chance to come to visit Japan again we will for sure book a new tour with them. Read less

  Very polite and thought full. He carried all our bags, as we shopped so we could free our hands to take photos. He is very patient and will allow you to adjust the itinerary, if you want to. We enjoyed the tour very much.

• Bad tour, only worth it for transport to Fuji

  It is very worth it to see Mount Fuji, but this was not a good tour. There is virtually no information provided by the “guide” other than what you read from the listing itself. I have taken Viator tours all over the world and have always been impressed by their guides. This was the rare exception. These were not tour guides.

  Mount Fuji should not be missed! However, perhaps not with Hour late. Persistently talking about 5 star review, the need to leave at 2pm, overly encouraging a speed boat trip and a Pakistani lunch. was a great driver. The car was clean and in good condition - Toyota people mover. Highlight would have been at least to get to the Mt Fuji Visitors Centre but there was consistent push back against going up the hill...... in order to make the 2pm deadline to beat the traffic back. The "whole day" event turned out to be about 7 and a bit hours. All up, I'd certainly visit Mt Fuji but perhaps not with this company/driver

  Absolutely incredible experience! Hadi was an amazing tour guide and made my birthday trip extra special. He was very knowledgeable about the area and I was able to get some breathtaking photos to put in my memory book. The vehicle was clean and Hadi was curtious as well as accommodating. I highly recommend this tour especially if you're a solo traveler myself.
