This round-trip, full-day excursion includes simple pickup and drop-off at your hotel or another hotel location. To fully enjoy this excursion, you have 7 - 9 hours to fully immerse yourself in the region's natural beauty and cultural treasures.

An extra hourly fee will be charged if your tour lasts longer than expected:

¥7,000 per hour for a van

¥14,000 per hour for a minibus

Note: Pickups from Yokohama require an additional charge of ¥5,000 for a van or ¥10,000 for a minibus .

What To Expect

Chureito Pagoda

The Chureito Pagoda is a five storied pagoda on the mountainside overlooking Fujiyoshida City and Mount Fuji off in the distance. The pagoda is part of the Arakura Sengen Shrine and was built as a peace memorial in 1963 nearly 400 steps up the mountain from the shrine's main buildings.

Arakurayama Sengen Park

Arakurayama Sengen Park is a beautiful park in Fujiyoshida, Japan, known for its amazing view of Mount Fuji. The park has the famous five-story Chureito Pagoda, which stands on a hill surrounded by cherry blossom trees. In spring, the pink flowers, red pagoda, and snow-capped Mount Fuji create one of Japan’s most famous sights. In autumn, colorful leaves cover the area, making it just as stunning. To reach the viewpoint, visitors climb about 400 steps, but the breathtaking scenery at the top is worth it. The park is peaceful and a perfect spot for photos, especially at sunrise or sunset. It’s easy to reach by train from Tokyo, making it a popular day-trip destination.

We had a very enjoyable day with Qasim. He was very informative and kept in constant communication when we were doing our own thing. His fluent English was a great asset as our Japanese is non-existent.

Jabeer did an excellent job today! He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable about all the details of the Mt. Fuji tour. He listened carefully to our wishes and expectations and made great suggestions to help us cover as many tourist spots as possible. He always made sure we were comfortable throughout the trip. His taste in food and restaurant choices was excellent and perfectly matched our preferences. Jabeer communicates very well in English, making conversations easy and enjoyable. Gondal was an excellent tour guide! He contacted us the day prior to the tour to suggest an earlier pick-up time due to traffic, which we were so thankful for because we arrived at our destination earlier and we beat the crowds. He offered to take pictures of us using our own personal cameras and the pictures turned out great! He was personable and kind and I would highly recommend him.

We had a great day with Qasim. We left early in the morning per his recommendation and avoided virtually all of the crowds. We hit the highlights that we wanted to see, never felt rushed, and he guided us to the best sites to make the most of our day.
