Pilatus Luzern
Hop aboard your comfortable coach for the short journey to Kriens, at the foot of the imposing Mt Pilatus. On arrival, begin your ascent to the mountain’s lofty summit with a 30-minute panoramic gondola ride to the Fräkmüntegg terminus. Enjoy beautiful views over the rolling hills and lush pine forests below. At Fräkmüntegg, hop aboard the aerial tramway — a spacious and modern cabin with panoramic windows designed to give the feeling of flight. Continue your climb to the summit at a dizzying altitude of 7,000 feet, and take in spectacular views over the Alpine peaks and lakes from your vantage point on the mountain. During your free time atop Mt Pilatus, perhaps sit down to a high-altitude lunch among the peaks (own expense) or relax on the expansive sun terrace. Venture down the Dragon's Path and take a short hike around the summit to enjoy the amazing views.

Guide Daniel was amazing. Genuinely cares about his group getting the best experience possible for the conditions. We had a little cloud cover. We had a quick photo opportunity at the transition point but Daniel was confident that the clouds we were getting at the summit would clear enough for viewing opportunities. He was correct and OMG moments everywhere. We had 5 forms of transport. Views are incredible for the entire journey. You just can't look away. Experience of a lifetime. Worth every Franc.

This was a great experience! Everything was well organized and on time. The variety this trip offered was perfect - cable cars to the summit, lots of time to explore and eat, cog railway down and a boat ride. Our guide, Dominick, was informative and very pleasant. I'd rate this as a "must see" when in Lucerne.

Very scenic experience. This was an option vs. Mt Titlis. Our tour guide was good at keeping track of our group. She made everything available…no history, what we were looking at.

Great day trip, well organized with sufficient time to enjoy Mt. Pilatus & Lake Lucerne. Our guide Gaby was excellent! She was so friendly, knowledgeable & professional. I have mobility issues & she took extra care to ensure my safety which I greatly appreciated.
