Loved it all! Our guide was friendly and helpful. Having a tour made it easy to enjoy the gondola, our time at the top, cogwheel train, & boat ride with lovely scenery. No hassles or lines for ticketing, and the bus was very comfortable.

Best experience ever. Everyone in my group just loved the excursion, from bus ride to gondola, cogwheel and ferry. It was as a wholesome package not forgetting the mesmerizing view at mount pilatus.

This was a great experience overall, but falsely advertised. The gondola and the lake cruise are not currently available. The cruise we knew about, but the gondola they didn’t tell us about until we got on the bus. Mt. Pilatus is definitely worth going to, but you can probably just go on your own and not with this expensive tour guide as all they really did was provide transportation to and from, but the place seems very accessible by train. Maybe in the summer it’s more worth it, but not this time of year. Save your money.
