First, your guide points out some top Lucerne attractions on a short orientation drive through the city, followed by some free time in this charming city. Then, continue to Engelberg in the Swiss Alps and ride in a revolving cable car to the top of mighty Mount Titlis for majestic views of ice boulders and crevasses. Get closer to the crevasses on the Ice Flyer chairlift, enjoy some snow tubing at the Glacier Park and walk across Europe’s highest suspension bridge for more spectacular views.
Optional (in winter, for ski beginners only): Choose the Snow Experience option. Slide down the hill on snow tubes and try skiing once in a lifetime on the beginner slopes – definitely a memorable experience you shouldn't miss. A Titlis Snow Park staff member (English-speaking) will provide the equipment and supervise the activities.

Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and Lack of Accountability

1.00We were stuck in the first gondola at Mount Titlis for over 45 minutes with no explanation or communication from our tour guide or the staff. It was an extremely frustrating and uncomfortable experience, made worse by the complete lack of updates during the wait. After the incident, the tour guide from Best of Switzerland Tours did not offer any apology or acknowledgment. I later approached a Mount Titlis staff member myself and was told the stoppage was due to an electrical leak concern — something that should have been clearly communicated to us at the time. To add to the disappointment, I learned afterward that passengers affected by the malfunction were entitled to a refund. However, Best of Switzerland Tours did not inform us of this or advocate for us in any way. This experience left us feeling neglected and unsupported. For a professional tour operator, I expected better communication, customer care, and responsibility. I cannot recommend this tour based on how this situation was handled.

5.00Our guide Konrad was very informative handled all the questions professionally. We enjoyed the Alps, lovely experience just wonder what it’s like in winter. Not enough time in Lucerne though, what a pity. Appreciated being dropped off where we were picked up.

4.00I wish there was more time alotted for Lucerne. Only one hour and 30 min of that is walking from the bus to the bridge area and back to bus. Very little time to enjoy the city. Either the tour should leave earlier or possibly take 30 min from time at Mt Titlis. Our guide and driver were great. The bus was comfortable. Just felt rushed the entire time

2.00The stop in Lucerne is very poorly planned. The time allotted to spend there is very limited. We were given an hour and a half but because the bus parks so far away from the center of town 40 minutes is spent just walking to and from the bus. It was a complete waste of time. In addition, the weather at Mt. Titlis was rainy and access to activities was closed/limited. There were no views to be seen at all throughout the visit. I understand that weather cannot be controlled but the tour should be cancelled if the weather is not suitable and activities cannot be done. It was a complete waste of time and money. A partial refund should be given.
