Witness breathtaking snowy mountain landscapes on this day trip from Zurich to Mount Titlis. First, your guide points out some top Lucerne attractions on a short orientation drive through the city, followed by some free time in this charming city. Then, continue to Engelberg in the Swiss Alps and ride in a revolving cable car to the top of mighty Mount Titlis for majestic views of ice boulders and crevasses. Get closer to the crevasses on the Ice Flyer chairlift, enjoy some snow tubing at the Glacier Park and walk across Europe’s highest suspension bridge for more spectacular views.
Optional (in winter, for ski beginners only): Choose the Snow Experience option. Slide down the hill on snow tubes and try skiing once in a lifetime on the beginner slopes – definitely a memorable experience you shouldn't miss. A Titlis Snow Park staff member (English-speaking) will provide the equipment and supervise the activities.

**From June 2026: Due to the construction of the new Titlis tower and mountain station, visits to the summit will be limited to approximately one hour to enjoy the available activities (weather permitting) before descending to the Trübsee middle station, where restaurant facilities will be available.**
Optional visit of observation deck “TITLIS Horizon” (available from June 1st, 2026). Cost: CHF 18.00 adult / CHF 9.00 child (to be paid on spot in cash or by credit card)
(*) The TITLIS Rotair will be closed from 17 August to 11 December 2026. Outside of this period, routes and modes of transportation may be subject to change without prior notice due to ongoing construction work
The Ski Experience option is not recommended for travelers with back problems or pregnant travelers

Zurich
From the centrally located Sihlquai Bus Station, the scenic coach journey begins through the city of Zurich, the beautiful views of the countryside, and along the shores of the Lake of the Four Cantons to Lucerne.
Luzern Altstadt
Enjoy a brief orientation drive, where your guide points out the main attractions of this charming town like the Chapel Bridge, the Town Hall, the Jesuit Church, and the Culture and Convention Centre (KKL). Enjoy some time at leisure to explore the Old Town before the journey continues to Engelberg, where the valley station of Mt. Titlis cable car is located.

5.00We had perfect weather for the trip to Titlis. Doria was an informative guide and helped the entire group navigate to the top of the mountain and explained all of the different activities. Be aware of your time and don’t be late! The coach will leave without you as a few guests did find out the hard way.

2.00This was a tour that had many wait lines getting to top- longest at least an hour. This took out much of time anllowed annd we were not able to do chair lift experience. Tubing was closed . Some travelers almost got left behind as it took them so long to return. Climbing to sky walk was very difficult and many fell holding on to rope to get up slippery hill. I don’t think this is for a large group tour when it was so crowded on a weekend - maybe because it was a beautiful day! Priscilla saved the trip - she was terrific.. Lucerne was beautiful- I highly recommend seeing the bridge !

5.00The trip to the top depends on weather permitting. Gondola ride is a favourite enjoyable exhilarating I could go up and down if given opportunity as the views are spectacular.

5.00We had a wonderful experience on our tour with our guide Remie. The check in at the pick up location was easy and the bus was comfortable. The views were beautiful on the drive and Remie gave some history and facts along the way. Lucerne was the cutest little town with some great mountain views. We had time to get coffee, walk around and get a quick snack before returning to the bus. The time spent there was not guided, so each group could explore on their own. We then went to Mount Titlis, which had so much to do! You could take the lift up and the resort had restaurants, gift shops, bars, etc. This portion was also not guided, but our guide was still available for questions if you needed her. You can also choose to do the ice cave or the suspension bridge, the day we went it was not crowded so we didn't have to wait for either one. The day we went was snowing, so it was a bit cloudy, but still a really cool experience. Overall, this was one of the best tours of our trip to Switzerland and would suggest it as a way to see a lot in one day.

5.00I recently joined the Mt.Titlis excursion from Zürich, and it was truly a lifetime experience. A huge thank you to our guides, *Adolfo and Franziska*, for being so knowledgeable and engaging. Adolfo’s resemblance to Bad Bunny was a fun bonus, but his, Franziska’s and Manuel(bus driver) their expertise is what really made the day.
