It was beautiful on top of the mountain, the only disappointment we had was that the Glacier Cave was closed, not exactly sure why. Tour included one hour bus ride both ways, guides were prompt and helpful.

Instructions on Viator were very clear. We met our tour guide at the meeting spot. The price on Viator was reasonable given the 40 min bus ride and back plus the gondola rides tickets. Overall great experience.

If you want to be herded around like cattle, this is the tour for you. So unorganized I couldn't find my correct tour. No signage, just guesswork on where to go. Double decker bus with the masses pushing and shoving to get on. Bus was hot and stuffy. Kids everywhere. I was miserable from start to finish. Mt Titlis was beautiful. But the facility was dirty and drab. Very unwelcoming

Our guide Sofia was very helpful and knowledgeable but a lot of construction work was going on at Titlis so I felt it hampered the experience we had on the panorama platform. From the tour company side , the tour was well organised and the views on way to Titlis were great.

The bus was fine. The gondola rides and the ice flyover were beautiful. BUT it would’ve been one to know that the top of the mountain is under major construction. They’re building a huge tower. What was suppose to be beautiful and pristine was filled with construction noise and helicopters. So disappointing. And it was VERY crowded. We should’ve gone to Mt Pilates instead.
