We were well taken care of by our tour guide and driver Sean. The entire day was spectacular which included the amazing tall trees and Russell Falls. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed in the caravan park - such value for money, good facilities and nice forest sites in the eucalypts. Did the three falls walk - well graded, interesting scenery and great waterfalls, especially Russell Falls. The visitors centre was really well presented with helpful staff and lots of information for walkers. We liked the emphasis on looking after the environment.

Rainforests! Did a day trip with Experience Tasmania Gray Line Day Tours via bus to Mt Field National Park and Russell Falls. Our driver, Sean, was very knowledgeable and friendly. The rainforests in the national park are beautiful and Russell Falls is spectacular. There’s a lot of walking but it was a tremendous day. The most beautiful scenery you can imagine.

It was a fun day out in nature. Russell Falls was so pretty and we had enough time to walk up to horseshoe falls too! So pretty. The salmon ponds was neat to see and the crepes were divine. Our guide was funny and had lots of stories and history of the area. Easy day of walking and families would find it easy to navigate. I am a birder, so see the birds was really cool. The tall trees walk was easy and short and the trees so tall!

My friend and I (21) were the youngest ones on this tour, but it was so much fun! The tour starts with a delicious breakfast and morning tea and ends with beautiful trees. I discovered my new favorite animal, the pademelon!

We thought our driver/guide Dave did an excellent job during the course of the tour. He was very knowledgeable about the area and Tasmania in general. Mt Field National Park the Tall Trees and the rainforest were outstanding venues to hike; available to almost all skill levels. A pleasant surprise was the visit to the Salmon Ponds; great history on fly fishing. The trip out from Hobart was very informative especially the history of hop growing. This was the best tour we’ve scheduled in Australia.
