Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to following alternative places or giving ou t a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes. (Swan Lake Cruise Ship on Lake Yamanaka, Lake Ashinoko sightseeing boat, Odawara Castle, Oshino Hakkai, Hakone Sekisho, Minaka Odawara, Fujisan World Heritage Center, Hakone Shrine)

If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.

We will attend an alternative place instead of 5th station due to traffic regulation of Mt Fuji hill climb on 1st June.

Please handle the loading and unloading of your luggage from the trunk yourself. (Including wheelchairs, stroller etc..)

This was an amazing tour. Well organized, our guide, Momo was really good. She was always on top of everything, keeping us to schedule and providing some great commentary along the was of the Japanese culture and history of the various locations and landmarks we were passing or visiting.

KAZU was a very informative and knowledgeable tour Guide who went out of his way to help anyone who needed assistance with onward transport after completion of the tour. He was well prepared and his presentation of information was easily understood. We had the perfect day for viewing Mt Fuji.

Sora is an excellent guide! Friendly and interesting. However, heavy rain throughout! Could not see anything. Activity should have been cancelled. Be aware that you are alone in bullet train. No English instructions. Got disoriented. Exited at wrong station. Had to take metro back to Shinjuku. Lucky that a bystander fluent in English offered his help. An overall scary experience in rush hour! I am an experienced traveller and not afraid of public transportation. A bad experience to forget!

The tour was very good. Yume the tour guide was excellent. She provided a lot of history and talked about every stop well. I would highly recommend this one day site seeing tour.

Scenery beautiful. Long drive but well worth it. Lucky we got Mount Fiji on a clear day. Lake Ashi was picturesque.
