Please note that you will not be able to bring a large luggage that exceeds the total height, width and length of 160cm onto non-reserved cars of the Shinkansen. (E.g. 80cm x 50cm x 30cm)

Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to following alternative places or giving ou t a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes. (Swan Lake Cruise Ship on Lake Yamanaka, Lake Ashinoko sightseeing boat, Odawara Castle, Oshino Hakkai, Hakone Sekisho, Minaka Odawara, Fujisan World Heritage Center, Hakone Shrine)
If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.
We will attend an alternative place instead of 5th station due to traffic regulation of Mt Fuji hill climb on 7th June.
Please handle the loading and unloading of your luggage from the trunk yourself. (Including wheelchairs, stroller etc..)
The buffet offers the same menu for all guests, but there are dishes that vegetarians and those seeking Muslim-friendly options can enjoy. However, please note that we do not cater to following dietary requirements: Vegan, Halal, Pure vegetarian, Gluten free, and Allergy-friendly meals.

Mt. Fuji 5th Station
・Take a deep breath at the wonderful nature in Mt.Fuji’s 5th station while seeing magnificent scenery. ・Feel the sacred atmosphere at Japanese shinto Shrine on 5th station of Mt.fuji. *If you can't go beyond the 4th station, we will visit Oshino Hakkai or alternative place.

5.00After a lot of faffing around doing research into Mt Fuji trips, finally decided on this one and so glad I did. Really pleased with how well organised everything was but main highlight (apart from actually seeing the peak of Mt Fuji!) was the guide, Lisa, who was absolutely delightful. She kept us entertained (and we learnt a lot!) and her excitement was infectious! Highly recommend!

5.00This was a wonderful tour, so worth doing it! Sora was our tour guide, she was so pleasant and enthusiastic making the day better! Our driver was very good too, I wish I remembered his name. The tour ran so smoothly, from checking in to transportation. We were able to go up to Station 5, which I didn’t realize we would be doing so we were unprepared for how cold it was while being up there. We got to see a part of Mount Fuji and got excited not realizing it would get better. The weather was perfect once we got back down directly to lunch and the cable cars followed by the lake cruise. We opted for the buffet lunch, the food was delicious and the restaurant had a Japanese Garden that was a beautiful setting to see Mount Fuji even better. Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed this tour and highly recommend to others, especially if you’re able to dedicate the day, we were back in Tokyo by 5pm with the bullet train return.

5.00We really enjoyed this day trip of mt Fuji, buffet lunch, the cable cars and the pirate ship on the lake. Our tour guide Lisa made the whole trip for us overall though, she was so friendly and enthusiastic all day, and she kept us entertained with her Japanese trivia quizzes on the bus between stops. The trip itself was great but for us the highlight of the trip was seeing how smiley and happy she was to do her job and her reaction when we finally saw mt Fuji after a cloudy start to the day was priceless. She was truly a delight and her English was great. Our bus driver was also super friendly. Would highly recommend and consider the operators other trips.

5.00The day includes everything and is as described but our trip was enhanced enormously by the lovely Lisa. She was clear in all her instructions and made sure we all understood. She gave us lots of information about Mount Fuji but also Japan in general Her presentation was lively, fun and interactive. We learned a lot and will definitely remember the trip fondly because of Lisa.
