Please note that you will not be able to bring a large luggage that exceeds the total height, width and length of 160cm onto non-reserved cars of the Shinkansen. (E.g. 80cm x 50cm x 30cm)

Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to following alternative places or giving ou t a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes. (Swan Lake Cruise Ship on Lake Yamanaka, Lake Ashinoko sightseeing boat, Odawara Castle, Oshino Hakkai, Hakone Sekisho, Minaka Odawara, Fujisan World Heritage Center, Hakone Shrine)
If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.
We will attend an alternative place instead of 5th station due to traffic regulation of Mt Fuji hill climb on 7th June.
Please handle the loading and unloading of your luggage from the trunk yourself. (Including wheelchairs, stroller etc..)
The buffet offers the same menu for all guests, but there are dishes that vegetarians and those seeking Muslim-friendly options can enjoy. However, please note that we do not cater to following dietary requirements: Vegan, Halal, Pure vegetarian, Gluten free, and Allergy-friendly meals.

Mt. Fuji 5th Station
・Take a deep breath at the wonderful nature in Mt.Fuji’s 5th station while seeing magnificent scenery. ・Feel the sacred atmosphere at Japanese shinto Shrine on 5th station of Mt.fuji. *If you can't go beyond the 4th station, we will visit Oshino Hakkai or alternative place.

5.00This is a highly recommended tour. Our tour guide Sora was very knowledgeable and entertaining. She was as excited as we were to see Mt Fuji was in full view. Unfortunately due to the snow we were unable to go the 5th station, so went to Oshino Hakkai instead, which was a quaint town where cherry trees were still in bloom and you could collect some crystal clear Mt Fuji water. We enjoyed the buffet lunch which was followed by the cable car where we saw active fumeroles emitting sulphur and steam.The tour finished with a pleasant cruise on Lake Ashi before heading back to Tokyo on the Shinkansen.

5.00This was a very full day. It started off very cloudy in Tokyo and we were despairing our chances to see Mt Fuji but Hiro,our guide, kept our hopes alive. He was right. It cleared up and we had perfect views. Hiro was very chatty but informative and professional. Our driver Furusan was very competent. The stops kept coming and we made it on time to every one and eventually back to our hotel, tired but happy. Definitely worth it.

5.00What a great day. The tour guide Sora was amazing, friendly and a wealth of knowledge. The weather was kind so had a wonderful view of Mt Fuji and the buffet lunch was excellent. The cable car was great with fantastic views and the cruise on Lake Asha was calm with beautiful scenery. I would highly recommend this tour.

5.00Megumi (Meg) was a warm and wonderful guide. Very kind and thoughtful. Today was such an unexpected pleasure. I highly recommend this day trip if you are looking for additional options outside of Tokyo. The itinerary was a great mix and everything was seamless and easy –thank you to Megumi! Also, I went as a solo traveler and had a great time! Great option if you are traveling alone.

5.00Levin was an amazing tour guide, very friendly and personable. It was great to see Fuji from so many angles and I especially enjoyed the cruise around Lake Ashi. I was pleased that the ship wasn't crowded. The overall experience was amazing considering the admission price. The bus was clean, comfortable, and well air conditioned. The tour was long, but it never felt boring thanks to Levin and the incredible views.

5.00We had a wonderful experience. Our tour guide Levin was full of humor and explained some interesting history about the Hakone region. He also had the best interests of the group in mind, explained the plan clearly and showed us spots/gave us tips to get the most out of each location. We were lucky and got some excellent views of Mt. Fuji with late cherry blossoms that coincided with our trip.
