Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to following alternative places or giving ou t a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes. (Swan Lake Cruise Ship on Lake Yamanaka, Lake Ashinoko sightseeing boat, Odawara Castle, Oshino Hakkai, Hakone Sekisho, Minaka Odawara, Fujisan World Heritage Center, Hakone Shrine)
If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.
We will attend an alternative place instead of 5th station due to traffic regulation of Mt Fuji hill climb on 1st June.
Please handle the loading and unloading of your luggage from the trunk yourself. (Including wheelchairs, stroller etc..)

・Take a deep breath at the wonderful nature in Mt.Fuji’s 5th station while seeing magnificent scenery. ・Feel the sacred atmosphere at Japanese shinto Shrine on 5th station of Mt.fuji. *If you can't go beyond the 4th station, we will visit Oshino Hakkai or alternative place.

3.00Our guide, Hero was very friendly and informative providing us with information between each stop, however the actual tour was a bit underwhelming. We arrived late to the first stop at 5th Station due to heavy traffic due on a holiday weekend. This delay meant we had less time at each stop and the Hakone Ropeway ride was cancelled on route due the additional congestion. This was disappointing but of no fault of the tour company or the guide, but perhaps this should be taken into consideration in scheduling the tours for dates that fall on a holiday. All there really is at the 5th station is gift shops and a place to use the restroom. You will have a much better views of Mt. Fuji at the restaurant stop. The lunch wasn't great. It was advertised as a Japanese buffet with local ingredients, however I don't think fries and onion rings can be considered local Japanese cuisine.... The boat ride was ok with some nice views, however they did seem to cram a lot of people on to the boat itself, so seating was very limited. It would probably be better during the warmer seasons. As a substitution for the cancelled gondola ride, we walked to another giftshop and was provided with a 800 yen voucher to either use for Sake tasting or to use in the giftshop. While I'm sure that the tour company receives a discounted price, I discovered that a the cost of a roundtrip ticket for the Hakone Ropeway is 3000 yen, so it felt a like a "bait and switch" situation. Overall, it was great to have an experience outside of Tokyo and to be able to see Mt. Fuji and take a ride on a bullet train, however most of the day is spent on the tour bus. I don't think it was great value for the money we spent

5.00Yuta was a very informative and friendly tour guide. He provided recommendations for each party and shared good recommendations for topics people shared. He went above and beyond to even check on people on how to get to their end destinations as the tour was finishing up. The destinations inside the tour were each photo worthy and brings unique experiences. Our tour got really lucky as the weather cleared when the day progressed.

5.00We had our tour with Yuta, and he was very considerate, knowledgeable, and friendly! The tour went smoothly. We also got to see Mount Fuji even though it was cloudy with some rain at the first stop. Definitely cold at this time. I would take another tour with Yuta again!

5.00my friends and I wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo and do something more scenic. Our tour guide, Yuta, was absolutely incredible. He was informative, and kept the atmosphere in good spirits throughout the tour. We were lucky enough to see Fuji and more sights many times along the way. Highly recommend booking this experience!

5.00What a perfect day trip from Tokyo! Our guide Hiro and excellent driver Furusan led us to Mt Fuji (amazing), a buffet lunch (delicious), a cable car ride to a volcano (exciting) and boat ride on Lake Ashi (fun and relaxing). Hiro entertained us with Japanese culture, learning Japanese phrases and fun stories on the drives in between the locations. A perfect 10/10!

5.00We have enjoyed our tour of Mt Fuji and Hakone with the most incredible guide, Angela! She made sure everyone knew what was happening and where we needed to be. She gave us great tips of where to get good photos. I would definitely recommend this tour as you get to see so much in one day!
