Please let us know your booking numbers and total number of people before the tour if you have several bookings or if you have booked separatly.
Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to following alternative places or giving ou t a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes. (Swan Lake Cruise Ship on Lake Yamanaka, Lake Ashinoko sightseeing boat, Odawara Castle, Oshino Hakkai, Hakone Sekisho, Minaka Odawara, Fujisan World Heritage Center, Hakone Shrine)
If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.
We will attend an alternative place instead of 5th station due to traffic regulation of Mt Fuji hill climb on 1st June.
Please handle the loading and unloading of your luggage from the trunk yourself. (Including wheelchairs, stroller etc..)

・Take a deep breath at the wonderful nature in Mt.Fuji’s 5th station while seeing magnificent scenery. ・Feel the sacred atmosphere at Japanese shinto Shrine on 5th station of Mt.fuji. *If you can't go beyond the 4th station, we will visit Oshino Hakkai or alternative place.

5.00It was a wonderful day. The Hakone Ropeway was my favorite part - it afforded beautiful views of the fall colours and Mount Fuji, as well as riding over steaming sulfur vents. We also got to see Mount Fuji up close, had a delicious lunch and enjoyed the boat cruise. Our guide, Sora, was excellent. She was very organized and kept everything running smoothly. She shared interesting stories of Japan's history, geography and culture. She personally interacted with each traveler and answered individual questions, giving suggestions for what to see in other parts of Japan. I highly recommend this tour with Sora as your guide.

5.00This 5 stars is for our guide, Ayu, who was knowledgeable, funny, and very accommodating! She was organized and kind the entire day. If I were only rating the tour itinerary, I'd be rating this tour a 2 out of 5. There is way too much to cover during this tour, so that we got less than an hour in each stop. We only had about 2 minutes at the peak of the Hakone ropeway - we basically went to the top and came straight back down. All told, there was about 2.5 hours out of the tour's 10 hours where we were actually exploring the sights. The rest of the time we were on the coach or taking the Shinkansen back. I think this would be a fantastic tour if one of the stops was dropped and time at each location were expanded. As it is, it was disappointing. Ayu was the highlight, though! Best guide we've had in a while!

4.00A fun, whirlwind trip that covers a lot of ground in half a day. The route has many great views of Mt. Fuji in clear weather, and each destination is beautiful. The travel is an adventure too: by bus, by cable car, by ship, and by bullet train. Ms. Sora was a friendly and knowledgeable guide. I appreciated her upbeat attitude and humor. For the advertising of this trip, I would have appreciated if it was pointed out the limited time at each stop. However, this experience has helped me clarify what extended plans I would like to make in my future travels.
