Please note that you will not be able to bring a large luggage that exceeds the total height, width and length of 160cm onto non-reserved cars of the Shinkansen. (E.g. 80cm x 50cm x 30cm)

Customers who need each options will be charged more for changes on the day, therefore please select with lunch option or Bullet train option in advance

Please let us know your booking numbers and total number of people before the tour if you have several bookings or if you have booked separatly.

Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to following alternative places or giving ou t a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes. (Swan Lake Cruise Ship on Lake Yamanaka, Lake Ashinoko sightseeing boat, Odawara Castle, Oshino Hakkai, Hakone Sekisho, Minaka Odawara, Fujisan World Heritage Center, Hakone Shrine)

If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.

We will attend an alternative place instead of 5th station due to traffic regulation of Mt Fuji hill climb on 1st June.

Please handle the loading and unloading of your luggage from the trunk yourself. (Including wheelchairs, stroller etc..)

What To Expect

Mt. Fuji 5th Station

・Take a deep breath at the wonderful nature in Mt.Fuji’s 5th station while seeing magnificent scenery. ・Feel the sacred atmosphere at Japanese shinto Shrine on 5th station of Mt.fuji. *If you can't go beyond the 4th station, we will visit Oshino Hakkai or alternative place.

Station 5 at Mt. Fuji was a beautiful, if cold and wind swept place. The views of Mt. Fuji when we went to lower elevations were spectacular.

Yui was an excellent guide for our day tour to Mt. Fuji and Hakone. She was personable, knowledgeable and always comfortably and clearly informing us of our schedule and logistics. She also went above and beyond in tracking down and locating an item I left the previous day on a different bus. Highly recommended. Arigato Gozaimasu.

I highly recommend this tour. Our tour guide Tsubasa was very knowledgeable, friendly and catered to everyone. We were lucky that we got to see My Fuji since the past few days had been cloudy. Tsubasa made sure everyone got a photo and knew the best locations that weren't too busy either. There was enough time at each stop and there was a good selection for the buffet style lunch. Would 100% book this again.

This is a must do day trip for anyone visiting Tokyo! The views outside the city are incredible and the tour was very comfortable, informative and enjoyable. Our guide Tsubasa was very friendly and knowledgeable and shared his love of his country with all of us.

Tsubasa was such an excellent and friendly tour guide. He made sure everything run smoothly, we were also very lucky that the day was amazing and sunny(highly recommend that before you book the tour)and we got to see Mount Fuji so clearly.

Tsubasa was very helpful, informative, and funny. This is my second experience with the Panoramic Tour, and I definitely recommend them. I enjoyed a great view of Mt. Fuji and took wonderful pictures to remember the trip. The food was delicious, the cable car views were breathtaking, and the tour ended perfectly with the bullet train. I loved the entire experience, and thanks to Tsubasa and Yamamato San, I had an amazing time.

Great day tour. Our guide Angela was outstanding, she made the tour very fun and engaging. We were extremely lucky that it was a nice sunny and clear day - the 5th station was open and we had a great view of Mt Fujisan.
