The trip to Mt Fuji, lunch, going through the small towns, the tour guide; railway car as amazing and I would recommend this trip to see another part of the country. I know it took a lot of planning and we didn’t feel rushed to where we could walk around the stores. It was great…. I gave the trip four stars because of the drop to go back. We paid for tickets to the bullet train through the tour but the cost didn’t cover the second part of the green line train. When we got to the next area we were told we had to buy tickets at the drop off When we got there, we were told we had to use cash or transit card which we didn’t have. After a few mins management let us pass. If not for that, we would have been stuck. Also you have to pay attention when you get dropped off to the station. It’s a mad house of people in the train area. It wasn’t just us who went through this. There was one other couple that we met in the trip that experienced the same issue. My suggestion is have Japanese cash and a transit card just in case.

I've never been to Japan before. Weather was perfect for Mt. Fuji, more time at station 5 would of been better as there was a lot to squeeze in, that said crowds were gathering and we had to move on, our guide Yuty, was very good, he entertained, provided appropriate information when needed and was quick to adapt to a changing situation due to high traffic volume. Food was great, wide selection and was also entertained by a traditional Japanese dancer while we ate. Yuty and our driver did an excellent job of changing up the schedule to ensure we got to do everything the tour offered, so a great day was had by all.

Fantastic Day at Mt. Fuji with Yuta! Our trip to Mt. Fuji was absolutely unforgettable, thanks to our incredible tour guide, Yuta. He was extremely knowledgeable, sharing fascinating stories and insights that brought every stop to life. His enthusiasm was infectious, the whole group felt energised and excited to explore even more. We must also mention our wonderful bus driver, whose cheerful attitude greeted us every time we returned to the coach. The bullet train ride was a real highlight—smooth, fast, and such a fun way to travel. And the brand-new ferry on the lake was the perfect finishing touch, offering stunning views in total comfort. Overall, it was a brilliantly organised tour filled with memorable moments. Highly recommend!

Was lucky to have good weather and get to the 5th Station on Mt Fuji. Our guide Tsubasa made the trip informative and fun. The lunch was very good too. If you get to Station 5 be quick, you don’t have a lot of time to look around, take photos and buy a souvenir.

Great tour to ho to Mount Fuji and Hakone on a bus. Our tour guide Hiro and driver Watasan did an amazing job covering so many places within a day. Hiro also introduced us to Japanese cultures and history. He managed the tour of 43 people really well. He provided plans of activities before going to each place which made the whole experience very smooth. Overall, this tour is a better way to visit these places .
