Please note that you will not be able to bring a large luggage that exceeds the total height, width and length of 160cm onto non-reserved cars of the Shinkansen. (E.g. 80cm x 50cm x 30cm)

Please let us know your booking numbers and total number of people before the tour if you have several bookings or if you have booked separatly.

Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to following alternative places or giving ou t a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes. (Swan Lake Cruise Ship on Lake Yamanaka, Lake Ashinoko sightseeing boat, Odawara Castle, Oshino Hakkai, Hakone Sekisho, Minaka Odawara, Fujisan World Heritage Center, Hakone Shrine)

If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.

We will attend an alternative place instead of 5th station due to traffic regulation of Mt Fuji hill climb on 7th June.

Please handle the loading and unloading of your luggage from the trunk yourself. (Including wheelchairs, stroller etc..)

What To Expect

Mt. Fuji 5th Station

・Take a deep breath at the wonderful nature in Mt.Fuji’s 5th station while seeing magnificent scenery. ・Feel the sacred atmosphere at Japanese shinto Shrine on 5th station of Mt.fuji. *If you can't go beyond the 4th station, we will visit Oshino Hakkai or alternative place.

Good way to experience a cable car ride, cruise and bullet train with wonderful views of Mt Fuji. As a solo traveler the guide was helpful and kind.

This was my second time doing this tour and the second time around did not disappoint! Levin, our tour guide, kept us on time and made sure we got the best experience possible. The lunch spot has the most amazing views/pictures. Makes for a great Christmas card photo!

It took forever for us to book what my Fuji tour we wanted to go with. We finally decided on this one and honestly besides the breathtaking views, one of the best parts of this experience was having Levin as a tour guide. If you’re able to get on his bus, it’s an absolute must! He’s funny and very informative and always made sure that his group of people were with him and no one was getting left behind. If we separated we always knew where to go and what stop to get off at so we didn’t get lost. I’m 4 months pregnant and Levin went out of his way to make sure myself and others that needed it always had a seat to rest while we waited, or what foods aren’t safe for what allergies. Without factoring in Levins personality the tour was a 6.5/10. With his personality and making sure even us slow movers didn’t get left behind, solid 9 out of 10. It would have been 10/10 for us but the pirate ship boat at the end felt kind of unnecessary to do. It would have been nice to skip that part and spend more time at the other stops. Also Lunch was DELICIOUS and this is from a pregnant picky eater!

This is one of the very few times I’ve written a review—and it’s absolutely worth it. What an amazing experience today! I loved every minute of it, especially thanks to our tour guide, Levin. I can confidently say he is the best tour guide I’ve ever had, across all the tours I’ve done from Asia to Europe. Levin didn’t just explain Japanese culture and history—he truly brought the group together. He made us feel like one big family… a very fun family! Definitely a 💯 experience. Highly recommended!

We had an incredible experience on the Hakone Tour, and a huge part of that was our guide, Levin. He was absolutely amazing! Super funny, incredibly engaging, and so welcoming. Levin has such an outgoing personality and was easy to talk to and relate to, which made the entire day even more enjoyable. The tour itself was very well planned and flowed perfectly, allowing us to truly enjoy Hakone without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone traveling to Japan. Truly a memorable experience from start to finish.
