Please note that you will not be able to bring a large luggage that exceeds the total height, width and length of 160cm onto non-reserved cars of the Shinkansen. (E.g. 80cm x 50cm x 30cm)

Please let us know your booking numbers and total number of people before the tour if you have several bookings or if you have booked separatly.
Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to following alternative places or giving ou t a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes. (Swan Lake Cruise Ship on Lake Yamanaka, Lake Ashinoko sightseeing boat, Odawara Castle, Oshino Hakkai, Hakone Sekisho, Minaka Odawara, Fujisan World Heritage Center, Hakone Shrine)
If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.
We will attend an alternative place instead of 5th station due to traffic regulation of Mt Fuji hill climb on 7th June.
Please handle the loading and unloading of your luggage from the trunk yourself. (Including wheelchairs, stroller etc..)

Mt. Fuji 5th Station
・Take a deep breath at the wonderful nature in Mt.Fuji’s 5th station while seeing magnificent scenery. ・Feel the sacred atmosphere at Japanese shinto Shrine on 5th station of Mt.fuji. *If you can't go beyond the 4th station, we will visit Oshino Hakkai or alternative place.

From the moment she introduced herself, she carried herself with such confidence and professionalism, yet remained completely warm and approachable. She has this natural ability to make everyone feel comfortable, included, and genuinely excited to be there. What stands out most is how deeply proud she is of where she comes from. You can feel it in the way she speaks; with passion, respect, and love for her culture. She doesn’t just present information; she shares stories. The cultural insights, traditions, and history she explained were fascinating, and she told them in such a vivid, engaging way that you never lose focus for a second. It felt like we were learning from someone who truly cares, not just someone doing a job. She is so fun and bubbly, with the kind of energy that lifts the entire group.
