Please note that you will not be able to bring a large luggage that exceeds the total height, width and length of 160cm onto non-reserved cars of the Shinkansen. (E.g. 80cm x 50cm x 30cm)

Please let us know your booking numbers and total number of people before the tour if you have several bookings or if you have booked separatly.
Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to following alternative places or giving ou t a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes. (Swan Lake Cruise Ship on Lake Yamanaka, Lake Ashinoko sightseeing boat, Odawara Castle, Oshino Hakkai, Hakone Sekisho, Minaka Odawara, Fujisan World Heritage Center, Hakone Shrine)
If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.
We will attend an alternative place instead of 5th station due to traffic regulation of Mt Fuji hill climb on 1st June.
Please handle the loading and unloading of your luggage from the trunk yourself. (Including wheelchairs, stroller etc..)

What To Expect
Mt. Fuji 5th Station
・Take a deep breath at the wonderful nature in Mt.Fuji’s 5th station while seeing magnificent scenery. ・Feel the sacred atmosphere at Japanese shinto Shrine on 5th station of Mt.fuji. *If you can't go beyond the 4th station, we will visit Oshino Hakkai or alternative place.

4.00Our tour guide Hiro was very informative with information about Japan and Japanese culture and the areas we were traveling through on our tour to Hakone. Throughout our tour, he kept an eye on us and offered to take pictures for my family during each activity. His instructions were clear and he kept us on schedule. I appreciated his tips and good demeanor. Our driver Mashita san drove us safely and is also friendly. I only wish that both were treated with the respect and appreciation they deserve by all of our fellow travelers. Thank you very much for a relaxing and fun day for my family. Hakone was a welcomed break from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo.

5.00This was a wonderful experience! The weather was clear enough that we had beautiful views of Mount Fuji. We also got to learn about the local area and Japanese history from our fantastic tour guide, Hiro - he was very patient with questions and clearly communicated where and when we needed to go places. Also a big thank you to our bus driver, Mashita-San. Outstanding service! There's an option to include lunch in the tour, which I would highly recommend. The Cable Car, river cruise, and Shinkansen back to Tokyo were also lovely. All in all, a fantastic experience!

5.00Hiro-san was so so so nice and helpful!! He was really attentive and asked if I wanted any pictures while we were traveling which I super appreciated. He made sure my family and I were safe while we continued our excursions and taught us more about Japanese history :) 10/10 one of the best tours I've been to! 🗻✨

5.00Our tour guide Hiro was very enthusiastic and informative on the job. He shared many stories about the history of Japan and stories about himself. Some of the stories even made me laugh. He even offered to take photos for us. Our bus driver Mashita san was very friendly and a safe driver.Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.
