Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to following alternative places or giving out a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes. (Swan Lake Cruise Ship on Lake Yamanaka, Lake Ashinoko sightseeing boat, Odawara Castle, Oshino Hakkai, Hakone Sekisho, Minaka Odawara, Fujisan World Heritage Center, Hakone Shrine)
If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.
We will attend an alternative place instead of 5th station due to traffic regulation of Mt Fuji hill climb on 7th June.
Please handle the loading and unloading of your luggage from the trunk yourself. (Including wheelchairs, stroller etc..)
The buffet offers the same menu for all guests, but there are dishes that vegetarians and those seeking Muslim-friendly options can enjoy. However, please note that we do not cater to following dietary requirements: Vegan, Halal, Pure vegetarian, Gluten free, and Allergy-friendly meals.
All weekend and Japanese public holiday tours will depart only from Shinjuku at 7:30 to avoid the traffic congestion.

Mt. Fuji 5th Station
・Take a deep breath at the wonderful nature in Mt.Fuji’s 5th station while seeing magnificent scenery. ・Feel the sacred atmosphere at Japanese shinto Shrine on 5th station of Mt.fuji. *If you can't go beyond the 4th station, we will visit Oshino Hakkai or alternative place.

5.00Here’s a polished online review you can use: 5 stars We booked the Mt Fuji and Hakone 1-Day Bus Tour with Return by Bullet Train through Viator, and it was a fantastic day. We had a wonderful time seeing Mt. Fuji, especially since on our trip to Japan 7 years ago we missed it because of fog and clouds. This time, we were lucky with the weather and got to enjoy beautiful views. We also loved visiting Mount Hakone, taking the gondola ride, and cruising across Lake Ashi on the pirate ship. It was a full day with so many highlights. A special mention goes to our tour guide, Levin. He was extremely knowledgeable and also very funny, which made the long bus ride enjoyable. My three kids, ages 8, 10, and 13, were laughing the whole way. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Japan. If you can request Levin, that would be an added bonus.
