Please note that you will not be able to bring a large luggage that exceeds the total height, width and length of 160cm onto non-reserved cars of the Shinkansen. (E.g. 80cm x 50cm x 30cm)

Customers who need each options will be charged more for changes on the day, therefore please select with lunch option or Bullet train option in advance
Please let us know your booking numbers and total number of people before the tour if you have several bookings or if you have booked separatly.
Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to following alternative places or giving ou t a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes. (Swan Lake Cruise Ship on Lake Yamanaka, Lake Ashinoko sightseeing boat, Odawara Castle, Oshino Hakkai, Hakone Sekisho, Minaka Odawara, Fujisan World Heritage Center, Hakone Shrine)
If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.
We will attend an alternative place instead of 5th station due to traffic regulation of Mt Fuji hill climb on 7th June.
Please handle the loading and unloading of your luggage from the trunk yourself. (Including wheelchairs, stroller etc..)

Mt. Fuji 5th Station
・Take a deep breath at the wonderful nature in Mt.Fuji’s 5th station while seeing magnificent scenery. ・Feel the sacred atmosphere at Japanese shinto Shrine on 5th station of Mt.fuji. *If you can't go beyond the 4th station, we will visit Oshino Hakkai or alternative place.

3.00A few interesting activities, some time in nature, and a great lunch. Maybe I just don’t love bus tours, but it felt like we spent a lot of time on the bus—2.5 to 3 hrs there because of a traffic accident, an hour between the first stop on Mt Fuji and the lunch, another hour, and a final hour—5 to 6 hrs total. The bus time could have been better used for a tour, but the guide was not a native English speaker, so information was limited an superficial. It was nice for what it was, but I would not recommend this particular tour to a family or friend. I might suggest just trying to take a train out to Hakone or similar for time in nature and views of Mt Fuji.

5.00We had fun on the day trip to Hakone & Mt Fuji. It was a good way to see more of Japan outside of Tokyo and take a break from the city walking. Our guide Megumi was wonderful and made sure we stayed on schedule despite bad traffic in the morning. We would recommend her and the tour for the future!
