Please let us know your booking numbers and total number of people before the tour if you have several bookings or if you have booked separatly.
Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to following alternative places or giving ou t a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes. (Swan Lake Cruise Ship on Lake Yamanaka, Lake Ashinoko sightseeing boat, Odawara Castle, Oshino Hakkai, Hakone Sekisho, Minaka Odawara, Fujisan World Heritage Center, Hakone Shrine)
If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.
We will attend an alternative place instead of 5th station due to traffic regulation of Mt Fuji hill climb on 7th June.
Please handle the loading and unloading of your luggage from the trunk yourself. (Including wheelchairs, stroller etc..)

Mt. Fuji 5th Station
・Take a deep breath at the wonderful nature in Mt.Fuji’s 5th station while seeing magnificent scenery. ・Feel the sacred atmosphere at Japanese shinto Shrine on 5th station of Mt.fuji. *If you can't go beyond the 4th station, we will visit Oshino Hakkai or alternative place.

5.00This day trip is an absolute 'must' when visiting Tokyo if you want an amazing view of Mt Fuji! We set out at 7:30 am and everyone was prompt throughout the day. The 5th Station stop didn't happen due to the road conditions from the recent weather-however we were alternatively taken to Oshino Hakkai, which is a lovely village where you can buy some souvenirs and street food, Then we went to lunch at a restaurant with a Japanese Buffet where Mt Fuji finally appeared out of the clouds for the first time!! After lunch we were taken to the Gondola near Lake Ashi, and then finally a Cruise on Lake Ashi with amazing views of Mt Fuji!! And then we opted to take The Bullet Train back to Tokyo Main Station-so they took us to the train station and we departed from the terminal at Odawara. Megumi was an amazing tour guide with great information and was very through with instructions and directions-will definitely recommend!!

5.00Megumi was an excellent tour guide. She did great job at keeping large group together and on time. Found out it was only her 2nd tour! Our driver, Ikeda, safe and pleasant. Got us around winding roads without making us car sick. Normally, I would have gotten for sure sick. Had assistant guide Tsubasa along for the day too. He made tour fun. Good team work and admirable comrodery between workers.
A great tour for those looking for a relaxing day to Mt. Fuji and the Hakone area.

5.00Megumi and Tsubasa were great! Plenty time at each stop, lunch spot had options for those who have allergies or dislike some of the traditional food from Japan. On the plus we got to see Mt. Fuji! There is never a guarantee you will see it. We found out at the end that this was Megumi's second ever tour so she will become more confident and comfortable with everything that needs to be said to the group.

5.00Momo the tour guide was amazing. She kept everyone on time and engaged. Absolutely brilliant. The tour itself was everything we hoped for and more. Such incredible scenery, saw Mt Fuji several times from different locations, the cruise was beautiful and the lunch very nice indeed. This is a tour not to be missed. Thank you Momo for such a fantastic experience.
