Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to following alternative places or giving out a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes. (Swan Lake Cruise Ship on Lake Yamanaka, Lake Ashinoko sightseeing boat, Odawara Castle, Oshino Hakkai, Hakone Sekisho, Minaka Odawara, Fujisan World Heritage Center, Hakone Shrine)
If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.
We will attend an alternative place instead of 5th station due to traffic regulation of Mt Fuji hill climb on 7th June.
Please handle the loading and unloading of your luggage from the trunk yourself. (Including wheelchairs, stroller etc..)
The buffet offers the same menu for all guests, but there are dishes that vegetarians and those seeking Muslim-friendly options can enjoy. However, please note that we do not cater to following dietary requirements: Vegan, Halal, Pure vegetarian, Gluten free, and Allergy-friendly meals.

Mt. Fuji 5th Station
・Take a deep breath at the wonderful nature in Mt.Fuji’s 5th station while seeing magnificent scenery. ・Feel the sacred atmosphere at Japanese shinto Shrine on 5th station of Mt.fuji. *If you can't go beyond the 4th station, we will visit Oshino Hakkai or alternative place.

1.00We were disappointed with this tour - the first Viator tour that we have not been completely happy with. First, it was expensive so we expected the best. The tour started at 7:30 am and included lunch. Since we did not know how long we might have to wait for lunch we had a big breakfast at our hotel. The itinerary said we would go first to Mt. Fuji; then to lunch. Instead the order was changed and we were taken to lunch at 10:00 am. We were not hungry at that hour. Later in the day, one of the activities we had been looking forward to - an aerial tram ride - was cancelled. Instead of bring refunded the 3,000 yen cost of the tram ride, we were given an 800 yen voucher to use at a gift shop. Finally, we had paid extra to take the bullet train back to Tokyo. However, reserved seats were not purchased for us and there were no available seats so we had to stand (and I use a cane) about half of the way. Our guide was very pleasant, but her English was difficult to understand. A disappointing day.

5.00It was a fantastic trip. The weather was brilliant which was perfect to see Mount Fugi. Our tour guide called Lovely was super. She was very helpful and explained everything clearly. Her English is superb and we learnt a lot about the history of Japan from her. Highly recommend,

3.00Spent more time on bys. Only 35 minutes at Mt Fuji. Had us eat lunch st 10 AM as she said Mt Fuji busy so we will eat early. Food was served mostly cold. Fried items under heat lamp cold. Only 30 minutes for lunch. Skipped the gondola ride as she said the lines are to long. Gave us 800 yen gift shop voucher for our troubles. Gondola costs 3,000 yen. Meg was nice but we will not recommend this tour.

2.00They skipped the robe way because of holiday and traffic. They should have planned it better. In addition, they forced us to have lunch at 10am instead of at noon. The planning was very poor. However, our tour guide Meg was very nice and friendly.

3.00Meg was excellent and did her job very well, communicated everything clearly. However, the cruise tour was not impressive and took too long to arrive there from Mt. Fuji 5th station. The stay at Mt Fuji 5th station was too short, could have let us spend more time there. The lunch was fried food.

5.00I participated in the Mt. Fuji and Hakone tour on May 2026, which was led by tour guide Lovely. The tour was well organized and Lovely was warm and approachable; checking in multiple times on myself as I was a solo traveller on the trip. I would definitely recommend Japan Panoramic Tours to other friends, and possibly undertake further experiences with them.

5.00This was a wonderful tour. The weather was perfect & we had many views of Mt Fuji. Levin has got to be the best Tour Guide we have had. He is not only informative, but very positive/upbeat & funny. He provided many recommendations & was extremely helpful with taking pictures for all the guests. Everyone on the bus was very impressed with his knowledge & willingness to help in any way. If we ever get the chance to return to Japan we will definitely book & request Levin!!
