The guide was experienced and ready for a long day of visiting every site I requested. I kept pace that was matched by each challenge and attraction visited. I wish her next trips and changes are just as easy as this day was for me.

Yoshi was very friendly, knowledgeable and an active individual. We had a great tour with him and would recommend him to others!

Excellent tour. Cindy met us at our hotel and gave great advice about which locations would work best for us. We visited the Chureito Pagoda and springs at Oshino, both of which were beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

Really disappointed! Paid for half day tour and was told to pick three places to visit on the list, noting it was a half day (6 hours). Visited only two places and spent the majority of the tour on public buses, spending only one hour at 5th Station Mt Fuji and 30 minutes at the Lava Cave; rest of the time was on a bus (which I had to purchase tickets for on top of the cost of the tour). Meeting time was 0930 at Kawaguchiko Station and we finished back at 1545; having stopped at only two locations to be advised that we drove past the lakes on the bus so that was part of it. Tour costs, plus multiple bus tickets and entrance to the lamest cave I’ve ever visited added up to an expensive day out sitting on a bus. 5th Station was amazing, but being taken there by a tour guide added no value and could have done it all myself for much cheaper.

We learned a lot from our guide Cindy, her knowledge of Japan is very rich and we had a blast with her. Thanks Cindy for everything
