We had a wonderful day with Ayaka! We were grateful to being able to customize our tour as we wanted to go on the Mishima Skywalk and we couldn’t find any other tours Hakone tour that included that spot. Ayaka and our driver, Toshi, took us to see the Mishima Skywalk, Hakone shrine, a cruise on Lake Ashi, and finally the Hakone rope way cable car ride to see the Owakudani hot springs. It was a full day! I especially appreciated how Ayaka took the time to talk to each of us, not just the parents but also our 3 young adult children. She really made the effort to engage all of us and to make sure we all enjoyed ourselves while learning things about Japan along the way. She was very kind and gracious. We had a great day. Thank you, Ayi!

Tomomi is an excellent local guide who maneuvers around the interests of the guests and any needs that may arise. She and our driver Toshi who is an experienced driver navigated many hidden venues to capture a view of Mt. Fuji, a local sake brewery and an excellent local winery. Many thanks to them for an excellent day despite the rain.

We had seven family members and our driver Tak-San met us on time and spoke very good English. He was friendly and a wealth of information for the entire day. Our guide Yuko-san joined us at the Mt Fuji Heritage Center. She also spoke excellent English and had a very extensive knowledge of the mountain and the area around it. We enjoyed great views and photos from fifth Station as well as from a couple of the lakes below the mountain. We had a wonderful lunch with our guide and driver at the 55Steak restaurant which included fun banter and much help with our Japanese phrases and understanding. Yuko-San communicated with us extensively before the trip to help us decide where to eat and what to expect for temperatures and weather. We had a fantastic trip!

We had an incredible experience and were lucky enough to see the stunning Mt. Fuji. The trip was both enjoyable and informative, and Yoshimi, our guide, truly made it special. She was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming throughout. Her English is excellent, which made everything smooth and engaging. Highly recommended, especially with Yoshimi as your guide.

During this tour we were able to view the beauty and majesty of Mount Fuji from different points. We were very lucky that it was a sunny and clear day, and very lucky to have Yoshimi as our guide and Toshi as our driver. Yoshimi and Toshi made this trip super fun, exciting and educational. The trip was tailored to our preferences, and included door to door pickup and drop off. It truly was a dream come true experience focusing on the beauty of the Lake Kawaguchi area at springtime with cherry blossoms in peak bloom. Also notable were the sake tasting, lake cruise, and lunch stop at a local typical restaurant. I recommend this guided private tour to anyone who dreams of viewing Mount Fuji in comfort.

This was an amazing tour to experience the majesty and beauty of Mt. Fuji and its surroundings. Our guide Yoshimo was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. This was a customized tour which allowed us to see and do everything we had dreamed of. The stop for lunch at a local traditional restaurant was an added delightful experience, as was the sake tasting. Overall, an excellent tour!

Great experience visiting Mt. Fuji with the family. Yoshi was a very accommodating and knowledgeable guide. Our driver Toshi was also top notch -- funny guy. Excellent local stops (food/views) in addition to the expected tourist stops. Highly recommended. Well worth the fee.
