The entire tour was amazing…the weather was perfect so we were able to experience all the sights going up and down the mountain and on the boat ride back to Lucerne. The bus ride was enjoyable and our guide was very knowledgeable.

Guide Gonzalo was great. He was very knowledgeable. At the end of tour, he went out of his way to help with travel information . Mt Pilatus was beautiful. This was an amazing tour and we would highly recommend it. A highlight of our short stay in Switzerland.

From beginning to end, this tour was great. Perfect balance, and our guide, Angela, was amazing. Very professional but also caring and helpful for her group. She even gave us recommendations for shops and restaurants afterwards.

Cannot eat or drink anything on bus, any coffee must be thrown away. Bus was advertised as a 50 minute ride, took hour and a half. Got to Lucerne and was given 50 minutes to explore the city, but included a 10 minute walk to and from the bus to the center of the town. After getting to Mt Pilatus, was not communicated a meeting point and was left at the top along with other group members. Booked train home instead of the one hour water taxi and later bus back to Zurich that did not arrive until 9 pm, and was offered 0 compensation. Save your money and book this yourself for half the price and be able to enjoy this thoroughly.

Amazing experience. Everything super well thought and executed. Angela is one of the best for guides I've ever had. Very professional, thoughtful, knows how to tell the same story (I imagine she repeats that a lot) in a very entertaining way. Every part of the tour was gorgeous: the drive through the little villages in the countryside, Lucerne, the mountain and the lake. Fantastic. Each part is quite quick, so I recommend you do some research to make the best out of each. We weren't sure if the food up on the mountain would be good, but we had a very good sausage "Pilatus dog" with fries from the kiosk between the main entrance and that big restaurant that was surprisingly good. Although this trip is not cheap, I recommend it a lot. It would be an experience hard to do by one self, if you count the first trip around the villages plus the many interesting stories Angela told. Congrats!
