What To Expect

Your guide will greet you at the Lucerne meeting point, before whisking your away to Mt. Pilatus
Our accent to Mount Pilatus will take us aboard the iconic “dragon ride” aerial cable cart, where we will float back to earth suspended in a giant glass cabin. The windowed walls provide 360 views of the Lucerne region, and many compare the experience to flying. Enjoy an ever-changing perspective of the Alpine landscape, as historic Lucerne pulls back into focus as we approach the end of the line. The ride is a highlight of any trip to Mount Pilatus.

1.00Unfortunately we didn’t read the reviews beforehand.Tour Guide never showed up despite contacting them 1 hour before the tour time. They finally responded after the tour had left from a different meeting point that we were given.Then they said it was our fault.We will be contacting the Consulate regarding this company.PLEASE READ OTHER REVIEWS. BUYER BEWARE. Nearly $900.00 Australian down the drain. This tour was solely the only reason we added Switzerland in our holiday.

1.00We booked this tour and halfway through we were informed the tour agency switched from a cruise to a walking tour (we had already done this). After arguing with the manager of the tour company for a while he agreed to compensate us for the tour. We spent $250 each on the tour and his compensation was $15 each. Do yourself a favor and take a €4 train or bus to the base of the mountain and a €24 round trip gondola ride Save yourself €200

1.00What a disappointment. I waited in the cold for over a half an hour. No guide showed, nor did anyone contact me to let me know what was going on. Terribly unprofessional. Do not book with this company. They are not trustworthy.

5.00We had the best time, Michelle was incredibly knowledgeable and educated us about the history and culture of Switzerland as well as Mt Pilatus and Lake Lucerne. It was so beautiful up the top, felt like exploring a winter wonderland. You get an hour up the top of the mountain to explore and grab lunch. We all had an amazing time :))
