5.00The cruise was a beautiful trip around Lake Lucerne with a very informative guide, Leyten. The cruise vessel was warm, cozy and lots of snack options with outdoor seating for fantastic views. The highlight was Mt Pilatus! The tram rose up the mountain, through the clouds then..sunshine, mountain top views, mountain goats on cliffs and views that make you feel as if you're in heaven. Take this trip!

1.00We were at the designated meeting place early and stayed late and the guide never showed up. I tried messaging our tour guide and he or she never responded. I have requested a full refund. It was extremely upsetting!

5.00This tour was amazing. From meeting point, to the Spectacular Lake Lucerne, the cogwheel at Mt Pilatus and the Gondola ride back down. The scenery was perfection. We had some time on Mt Pilatus to do some quick hikes with amazing views. Also, time to get a snack. We were very lucky that the weather was perfect. Our guide Michelle was fantastic . She knew so much about the area and had a sweet sense of adventure. Just seven people in our group made this adventure so much more fun as we could all laugh and enjoy each others company. Book the smaller group tour!
