One of the most beloved tours that has allowed countless tourists to explore the essence of Korea for decades!
Departing from two pick-up sites in Seoul, 14 hours of exploring the 3 most beautiful places in Korea lies ahead! Travel to Mt. Seorak, Nami Island, and the Garden of Morning Calm with your local tour guide.
Mt. Seorak, also known as Seoraksan, was designated a Natural Monument preservation area. In December 1973, it became a national park, and in August 1982, it was named a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. Unique rock formations and waterfalls create breathtaking views in Seorak.
Nami Island is famous for its romantic atmosphere, where the drama "Winter Sonata" was filmed. Enjoy walking paths lined with metasequoia, ginkgo trees, and cherry trees, as well as art installations at every corner.
The Garden of Morning Calm is popular among tourists for its serene, oriental beauty. It is filled with beautiful flowers and trees year-round—even during the Winter Light Festival.

Such a great trip seeing lots of places away from Seoul creating an exciting and intimate experience. Our guide Andrew was very knowledgeable and experienced with the locations. Always showing up first to every location letting our group have a complete adventure before everyone shows up. He also showed us some local cuisine that tourists wouldn't find, and the food was phenomenal. Otherworldly experience 10/10

Great locations, but a lot of driving. Beautiful scenery. Mt. Seorak is gorgeous, but quite out of the way.

Well worth the money. Our guide, Eric Kim, took care of all our needs. He made sure to answer all our questions and requests. The tour was carefully planned out so we were able to enjoy Mt. Seorak, Nami Island, and Garden of Morning Calm in one day. Plus able to enjoy the light festival at the end was very memorable.

Great program, even a little dense. Nami Island is not exceptional. Mount Seorak is top. Very pleasant visit.

I think because it was winter with a Christmas vibe in the air (although not visible) the trip was probably more magical than other times of the year

Andrew and David hosted us for our tour. Andrew was very friendly and knowledgeable, sharing history of the area and sights. Seotaksan National Park was beautiful, even in the winter time. I imagine it is stunning in the fall. Andrew recommended a delicious chicken BBQ restaurant and assisted us with ordering. It was snowing as we toured Nami Island, delivering many opportunities for enchanting photos. We finished up at the Garden of Morning Calm which is lit up with millions of colorful lights for the December holidays. Amazing. Thanks Andrew and David for a memorable excursion!

Andrew was a very friendly, informative, and gracious tour guide! Right from the start in Seoul, he gave us info on what we saw on our drive and in-between stops, he would give info on Korean culture. My friend group was quite large, so it was hard to coordinate to get to the van directly on time, but Andrew was very patient with us and helped when we got lost. He even took the time to get to know us and ask about our trip to Korea. I highly recommend this tour and Andrew as a tour guide! And here's some advice to know before booking: (1) have WhatsApp if you're a foreigner, that's how my friends and I got info on the Seoul pick-up location (2) give yourself a 20 min buffer to get back to the van if you tend to run late (3) take photos of where the van is if you tend to get lost, there are also a lot of similar-looking vans (4) for Mt. Seorak, the beginning of the trail is pretty easy, similar to a walk in a park with paved roads & built bridges & only slight elevation. Further up the trail has more elevation and stone path so best to have shoes with good traction to continue. I was tired & without the best shoes, so I just sat on stones while waiting for my friends, but it was a nice wait by a clear calm river. (5) Nami Island ferry may not come often (only 1 ferry was in service when I visited, the other ferry was docked), so take that into account for making it back to the van (6) if you come in December, you may see Christmas lights at the Garden of Morning Calm

I’m glad I signed up for this trip. I was able to pack a week’s worth of sight seeing in one day. The day is very long, but worth it. Ruby was the best. Not only did she drive us in the van, but she also helped take and enter our orders with the restaurant. She went above and beyond with service. Ruby also allowed us a lot of freedom. We were given time constraints and allowed to explore the different sites as we saw fit. She was there for guidance and answered questions, but wasn’t overbearing with us. I recommend the trip, and I recommend Ruby.

“Thank you for the tour! I really appreciated your friendly attitude and the way you shared the information. You communicated clearly and kept the group engaged, which made the experience enjoyable. I also liked that you were approachable and open to questions. If anything, adding a bit more storytelling or small interesting details at certain points could make the tour even more memorable—but overall, you did a great job and created a pleasant experience. Thank you again!
