5.00There is nothing better than doing a small group tour with your own friends/family. This one was one of the best! To describe the experience of seeing Mt Fuji on a clear morning across the lake we were taken to was incredibly moving. A highlight of our Japan trip so far. Our guide, Kiyo, arranged to make a stop at a saki brewery for a tasting which we thoroughly enjoyed. The geographical features of the waterfalls were fascinating. Our tour guide Kiyo was exceptional and we are grateful we had her as our guide. She was warm and friendly and her local knowledge was great. We all came away with so much we had not known. The whole tour she was sharing about a range of different things and answering our many questions. Our driver Tom was also very kind and we felt safe as we toured around. I would highly recommend this tour.

5.00Amazing tour. Booked a non- cruise line excursion because there was no availability. We are experienced travelers and this ranks as a top 5 in our life. Excellent transportation and itinerary. Beautiful views of Mt. Fuji and nearby waterfalls as well as other sites. The tour guide, Ms Nobuko was terrific. Provided a wonderful background on each site and made the whole experience so much fun. Would not hesitate to recommend this tour for both the value and experience.

From start to finish, she was kind, gentle, attentive, and genuinely caring, making sure everyone felt comfortable and included. Her deep knowledge of Japanese culture and the history of each site we visited truly enriched the experience and brought every location to life. 5.00This was one of the best tours we have possibly ever been on. The communication from start to finish was excellent. Meeting point was just outside the terminal and very close to the ship. Miyuki was our guide for the day and was very knowledgeable of the area and the locations we visited and she also gave us an insight into Japanese culture and her home life. She used props to explain where we were visiting. I would definitely recommend this tour. Thanks again Miyuki

5.00Great contact with Hirokane beforehand via WhatsApp. Had a wonderful Tour with his guide Nobuko. She was fluent in english and you could tell, she loved what she was doing. Tour was on time to be back to the cruise ship.
