5.0Hero was an excellent tour guide. We loved venturing from city and the experience at the lake was serene, at the waterfalls over the top and at the Shrine very peaceful.
Great day out: even if we didn't please the mountain spirits enough to allow us to see mt Fuji

5.0What a nice day we had!; even though we didn't get the full experience as Mount Fuji was covered all day by cloud. Both our guide and driver were delightful and couldn't have been more helpful: as a group we were infirm and needed wheelchair access. We found Japan and Japanese culture very good at respecting and helping the elderly and the infirm remain mobile. Everything provided for this sector in society was well provided for, always working and extraordinarily clean. Seeing rural Japan was interesting and made their respect of nature easier to understand. Mitchiko was charming , knowledgeable and had a reasonable command of English. We all really enjoyed the day spent out seeing, lakes, waterfalls, woods, rice fields, sengen shrine and small Japanese villages. We have nothing but praise for the tour and both our guide and driver.

5.0Our guide Hero was well versed in his knowledge of the country and had lots of information available to us regarding every site we went to. Our driver Me, also was excellent at her duties of transporting us to our destination. Would take this tour again.

5.0We had a wonderful experience on this tour. Every stop was absolutely beautiful. Our guide Nobuki was so knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. We appreciate her good energy and keeping us entertained. Our driver was also excellent and accommodating. And thanks to Hirokane for his clear instructions to make the tour go smoothly!

5.0We were lucky enough to have Hiroko as our guide for the day - she was the best we have ever had. Our tour included some gorgeous scenic spots as well as a Shrine. Hiroko spoke perfect English, so we learnt a lot, no questions too difficult. Our driver was lovely as well, and moved us around efficiently and safely, opened doors, and provided a foot stool for ease of access into the van. Private tour - only way to go 10 / 10
