What To Expect

This class is for everyone who has more than a year’s experience with martial arts (Muay Thai, Kickboxing). Discipline and hard work have top priority in this class. We will help you reach your goals or prepare for your next fight. “No pain – No glory“ We start at 16.00-16.30 with run (4-5 km) in Lamai. Please come on time and with running shoes. Right Muay Thai fighters start the training with running. If you do not want to run, you can make the warm up of yourself at 16.00 in the gym. Class example: 30 min. Running in Lamai 10 min. Rope Skipping and streching 10 min. Shadow Boxing – Muaythai 15 min. Technique exercises 15 min. Sparring 10 min. Boxing-bag 15 min. Pad-work 10 min. Clinching 5 min. Stretching

Unforgettable experience. Trained here for three weeks and am fascinated. Met very nice people from all levels and all around the world. The gym offers perfect packages for training, accomodation, etc. The staff is super nice and the trainers are well experienced and extremly friendly. They offer both, beginner and experienced martial artists opportunities to fight in Thailand. The Training is precisly organized and the gym is clean and offers everything you want and need to train. The healthy café offers delicious and healthy food. The customer service before, during and after the stay is just perfect. They really take care of you. I can highly recommend this gym and will come back for sure!

Top muay thai camp. Modern with all the facilities you are looking for, but above all, very good trainers and training. Followed the advanced training courses for 2 days. 2 hours of training (running 5 km / jumping rope / sparring / pads / etc) ideal for the experienced martial artist who wants to accelerate. Of course also a good offer for the novice martial artist.

Excellent training, the trainers take time for each one individually and the trainings are very well designed. If you do not have your own equipment, everything is provided free of charge. Can really only recommend it, even the Punch-It Healthy Café which is right next to the gym is just fantastic. (Nice staff, delicious healthy food, great views, you can make yourself comfortable inside in the cool or outside in the warmth.) This is something you should really experience.

Punch It Muay Thai is the perfect place for experiencing Muay Thai! Whether you are a beginner or experienced - Punch It have a class for everyone! The coaches are top class and they make sure you have a tough and challenging training session every single time - all done with a smile on their faces! I stayed nearly 3 month and was one of the best things I have done! Highly recommend Punch It Muay Thai for everyone, no matter level or duration of stay💪🏻

The best Muay Thai experience I've had so far in Thailand!! Amazing infrastructure and excellent trainer. The trainers make each session unique and with a variety of different exercises. In this gym you won't do bag work only for 7 rounds. Also a big compliment to other staff, which has done a great job helping us organize everything and was helpful and friendly. Looking forward to coming again

I’ve trained Muay Thai in Thailand for nearly two years now at multiple gyms. I recently moved to Samui and after a month at Punch It, it’s easy to say it’s the best gym I’ve ever been at. I love it! The classes are challenging and the trainers are very knowledgeable and work you hard. The gym is also very very clean which is not the case at most gyms I’ve been to. I highly recommend stopping here if you visit Koh Samui.

A very nice muay Thai school! You feel welcome right away! All trainers are different but that's what makes it so much fun. Each with his own character and talent ensure that you can work best. The quality of the boxing gear is good and they ensure that you are training at your level. Great experience!thanks punch it for these amazing two weeks! I'm going home stronger!
