  This was truly one of the best tours I’ve taken, and it was all thanks to Mike, our guide. He was incredibly thoughtful, attentive, funny, and extremely knowledgeable. From the moment the tour started, he made everyone feel welcome and taken care of. Ironically, the best part of the tour wasn’t even the Great Wall itself—it was the bus ride there. The trip is about an hour and a half, but it felt like the shortest ride ever because Mike turned it into what honestly felt like a stand-up comedy show about the history of the Great Wall. I couldn’t stop laughing while also learning so much. His explanations were engaging, insightful, and genuinely hilarious at the same time. It’s rare to find a guide who can make history this entertaining and memorable. Mike’s energy, humor, and knowledge completely transformed the experience. The tour was fantastic because of him, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

  Great experience with this company. They reach out beforehand to provide contact info and direct you to the pickup point. My guide Mike was very thorough in his explanations and very funny as well. Clean and fast pickup to the site and easy directions to getting to the wall. Buffett lunch is also a solid cheap option as well.

  We enjoyed learning the history of the Great Wall on the bus tour from Beijing. Mike made us feel welcome and gave us great tips on how to explore the wall. We had a fun trip to the wall thanks to Mike!

  If you’re visiting Mutianyu Great Wall, Mubus classic tour is the best choice you can make. The weather was bright and sunny, great for hiking the wall. Although midday temperatures were a bit hot, using sun hats and sunscreen kept us feeling pleasant. Our guide John made the whole trip special. With deep knowledge of ancient Chinese defences, he told interesting historical stories that brought the landmark to life. He also shared the full history of this cultural heritage is being constructed in different dynasties. Mubus runs its own private service area with relaxing waiting rooms and a nearby dining spot, adding great convenience to our journey.

  Against the bright, clear sky, the Great Wall looked truly magnificent, winding endlessly across the mountains. Its breathtaking scale left us in complete awe. Our guide John was extremely well-informed, telling lively stories about the wall’s long history and defensive role. He also talked about the continuous efforts to protect this precious cultural relic. Mubus provides an exclusive service zone with comfortable rest areas and a nearby restaurant, making our trip relaxing and convenient. John was kind, attentive, and reliable throughout.   I can’t praise Mubus enough for our amazing Mutianyu Great Wall tour. Everything was well-arranged, and the ride was comfortable and punctual. On a bright, clear day, the Great Wall stood spectacularly against the blue sky, looking grand and awe-inspiring. The distant mountains and endless ridges made the whole scene incredibly beautiful. Our guide John was knowledgeable and humorous, sharing interesting stories that made the ancient history come alive. He also talked about the importance of protecting this cultural treasure. The restaurant nearby served great food, and the rest area was very convenient. The tour was enjoyable and educational, and we left with wonderful memories.

  Guys, what a day. I will try to summarize without exaggerating, but it was one of the best experiences I had in Beijing. First, the climate: perfect tava. Really. Open sky, gentle sun, a temperature that neither tired nor froze fingers. I could see the mountains in detail, which in the Wall makes all the difference. Those who have been know that with fog you lose half the grace. But there was a show. And the towers... My God. Climbing in them and watching that endless row of stone disappear on the horizon is something that no photograph captures. I stopped at one of the tallest towers, staying for a few good minutes just looking in silence. It gives a sense of time, of history, of things bigger than us. Looks silly, but I really felt small — in a good way. The wind up there is cold, but refreshing. I took a ***** photo, but what really remains is the memory of silence and immensity. The Mubus team was another high point. Friendly people, organized, clean bus, water at will. Nothing of that ridiculous run that other tours do. They gave us time to really enjoy it. The buffet lunch surprised me — I swear I expected food without tourism, but I was honest. There was delicious chicken, fresh vegetables, loose rice, even a hot spoon to close the day. Nothing chic, but delicious and well served. Gave the gas back. Now, about the guide: Mr. Mike was the one who accompanied us on the way to the Wall and back. On the way, he explained the story, gave tips, told some curiosities that you don't find in any guide. Very friendly, answered all the questions, laughed with us. But right there on the Wall, he let us explore on our own — and honestly? I think it was better that way. The Wall is a place of personal experience, to walk at your own pace, stop wherever you want, feel the silence. Mr. Mike did his part perfectly: delivered us in the right place, with the right context, and gave us freedom. On the way back, he came to ask how it was, exchanged ideas, took a picture. Professional and good people. So this is it: I recommend too much. The Wall is already amazing in itself, but with good climate, sharp logistics and a competent guide on the way, it turns into an unforgettable day. It only takes good tennis and water. Lots of water. Note: 5/5, willing to return to another station.
