  I had the most amazing time at the Mutianyu Great Wall! As a girl visiting for the first time, I was so happy with how beautiful and peaceful everything was. The Wall and the ancient Watchtowers are so majestic. Walking on the old stones and looking at the green mountains made me feel so inspired. I took so many pretty photos from the towers! The Mubus team was so professional and made the trip so easy for me. After all the walking, the lunch they provided was a delicious surprise! It was a big, authentic meal that really gave me my energy back. But what about tour guide Mr. Mike? He was the highlight of my trip! Mr. Mike is so sweet, funny, and full of energy. He told great stories and looked after everyone. If you go, definitely ask for Mr. Mike—he is the best!a

  Great experience with Jessica and Mike. They were helpful with telling us about the history of not only the Great Wall but of the whole China, especially Mike who is very funny and friendly guide. Great Wall of China is a must visit (like everyone knows) but most importantly if u can climb then do climb till the hero point - beautiful. Thanks to Mubus team, Jessica and Mike.

  Great day trip to see the Great Wall, everything was very organised and ran smoothly. Our guide Mike was excellent, he made sure we knew how everything worked and provided us with a lot of information about the wall, this really helped make sure our day was as enjoyable as possible. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Beijing

  This Mutianyu Great Wall tour was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Meeting at Exit B of Dongzhimen was incredibly convenient, with nearby snack stalls, breakfast shops, convenience stores, and restrooms ready for use. The weather was sunny and mild, ideal for hiking. The tour bus was spacious and comfortable, making the ride pleasant. Our guide spoke excellent English and shared detailed history of the Great Wall’s construction. They helped us buy cable car and slide tickets efficiently and gave great local tips. Though the site is popular, we arrived early and avoided long queues. Everything ran smoothly, and I highly recommend this well-organized trip.

  I can’t recommend this Mutianyu Great Wall tour enough! It was way better than I imagined. The meeting point at Dongzhimen Exit B was super convenient, with lots of nearby stores and restrooms so we could prepare easily. The weather was sunny and perfect for sightseeing, and the bus ride was smooth and comfortable. Our guide John was fantastic—his English was great, and he shared tons of interesting facts about the wall’s history and design. He helped us get cable car and toboggan tickets quickly and gave really useful hiking advice. Thanks to our early departure, we skipped the busy crowds and had a wonderful, stress-free experience.

  What a fantastic day tour! The Summer Palace was far more impressive than we imagined. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, with elegant ancient pavilions, peaceful lakes, and rich greenery everywhere. Taking a boat ride was the highlight; gliding across the water while enjoying the beautiful mix of nature and traditional architecture made us feel so relaxed and peaceful. At Mutianyu Great Wall, the organization was smooth and well-run, allowing us to focus on enjoying this amazing wonder. Our guide John was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. His interesting and detailed stories brought the history of the Great Wall to life. Every part of the trip was well planned and ran smoothly. It was an unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Beijing.

  Best experience, everything went very smooth. Our guide Jessica was excellent, very good english, she explained everything, very helpful. She explained everything with the map, gave us options which were very easy to follow. We did both routes in 3 hours. From east route we took chairlift up and toboggan down k walk up to tower number 4 and back (needed 1,5 hours for total experience). Afterwards we dis west route either cable car up and down and took some pictures up to tower 14-15. Shuttle bus comes every 2-4 minutes. Everyone is very helfpul. At the end we rest at mubus center in order to take our return bus

  We booked the Full-day Mutianyu Bus Tour with lunch included and we loved it! We were a bit concerned that maybe 5 hours may be too little but actually is more than enough to see both sides of the wall, with time for pictures and rest. Although I must mention that you always have the option of staying longer , you will just need to get a taxi back to Beijing. The Wall is amazing and this Mutianyu section is beautiful, it has a more historic east side and a stunning west side, both accessible through cable car . From the east side you can go down in a slide! It’s important to know that we went on a Tuesday , which we were told is always the least busy day of the week, so we had plenty of time and space to do everything with very little queuing . Our tour guide was Mr. Mike, and I must say he was a great guy to have as a guide!! He explained a lot of things about the wall, Chinese’s culture , and obviously the logistic of the visit. He was really helpful and also really funny! I laughed quite a bit with his jokes. We also got the buffet lunch at MuBus building and it was actually quite nice!! Plenty of Chinese and international food, constantly being replenished (those baozi were flying! ) and after walking the wall up and down there’s nothing like a good lunch. Buses for both go and back were on time. Which is also something to appreciate. Overall a great , professional experience and kudos to Mr. Mike again for being a great guide!!
