Board your bus in central Beijing and enjoy the scenic ride to the Great Wall at Mutianyu. At the site, you have plenty of time to explore the ancient stone-and-earth barricade.
Mutianyu is one of the most picturesque wall sections. It has been fully restored, so you are able to get a great idea how it looked in ancient times. The surrounding countryside is also famous for its fragrant pines and cypress trees.
Also you can add on Summer Palace to your tour by selecting"Upgarde Summer Palace Bus Tour" option.
Upgrade to unwind with an authentic local buffet lunch before riding the bus back to Beijing.

What To Expect
Mutianyu Great Wall
MuBus is a shuttle service to the Mutianyu Great Wall Scenic Area, offering two daily departures at 8:00am and 10:00am. By taking the MuBus, you can benefit from no-reservation entry and no-fee shuttle tickets within the scenic area. You will have 4-5 hours ample time to tour the Great Wall. Additionally, the Mubus Tourist Center will offer you complimentary rest areas, tea, snacks, and luggage storage, ensuring a high-quality travel experience.

5.00Everything was perfectly organized from the start, and we were guided to the meeting point without any issues. Cici welcomed us with great energy and immediately made everyone feel comfortable. During the bus ride, she shared fascinating insights about the history of the Great Wall, which already made the experience special before we even arrived. Once there, it only got better — the entire day was incredibly well organized, with top-level service throughout. 5.00Our tour guide John speaks excellent English. He gave us a clear introduction to the Great Wall's history, helping us learn a great deal about its culture. He also shared useful travel tips and showed us how to enjoy the most stunning views. With his professional guidance, we visited the key sections effortlessly. John booked cable car tickets for us on the bus, which saved us plenty of time. Mubus has a fully furnished lounge near the Great Wall, serving all kinds of drinks and snacks. There is also a restaurant on the second floor. It’s truly a trustworthy and professional travel service.

5.00We liked the trip , the Great Wall is really impressive itself. I would like to point out the readiness to help out our guide, Mr John / MUBUS travel center . First of all, the guide reached us a day before the trip to reconfirm. Besides, the guide was online , we got instructions - how to find the meeting place as we were in a hurry due to the morning traffic . I would recommend to buy tickets including the dining at local buffet MUBUS Club, it offers good cuisine at reasonable price. As the trip lasts here almost all the day, we also took away some snacks in the lunch box provided.

5.00We enjoyed a wonderful tour with Mubus. Their service center has a cozy lounge with various drinks and snacks, as well as a restaurant upstairs. The temperature was pleasant, perfect for hiking. Stretching far into the rolling mountains, the Mutianyu Great Wall looks grand and spectacular everywhere. Our guide John gave vivid historical introductions and shared useful travel tips. With his help, we explored the most stunning parts of this ancient wonder. What an amazing landmark!

He was approachable and friendly and suggested the best itinerary on maximizing our experience. He made the trip worth it and if you book with Mubus, highly recommend booking with Mr Mike! 5.00Our guide John has great English skills. He told us all about the history and culture of the Great Wall in a really easy-to-understand way. He shared lots of travel tips and pointed out the best scenic spots for us. We had no trouble exploring the main parts thanks to his help. John got our cable car tickets ready on the bus, saving us a lot of waiting time. Right by the Great Wall, Mubus runs a nice lounge with drinks and snacks, plus a restaurant upstairs. Their service is dependable and well-organized.

5.00The weather was lovely, perfect for strolling along the Great Wall. This huge ancient structure snakes across mountain peaks as far as the eye can see. Every stone and battlement tells a story of the past. The winding ancient wall paired with beautiful mountain views took my breath away. Our guide John was friendly and knowledgeable. He told us fun historical stories and sorted out all the tickets for us. It was a shame the east slide was closed, but we still had an amazing time. I’d absolutely recommend this tour!

5.00Wow, just wow. Mubus totally delivered. From start to finish, everyone was so nice. But Cici – she’s a superstar. Her English is amazing, super easy to follow, and she has this warm energy that makes you feel like you’re traveling with a friend. She explained everything about the wall’s construction, the beacon tower system, even the best local foods for after the hike. No question went unanswered. The Mutianyu section is stunning – not too packed, fully restored in parts but still wild in others. We walked from tower 6 to 14 and every step gave a new view. The wall climbs up and down like a roller coaster.
