  Today I had a wonderful solo experience using Mubus for my tour of the great wall Mutianyu. My guide was Jessica and she was so great. As someone who couldn't speak the native language, she was very patient with me with my questions. I could also appreciate how friendly she was towards me, especially as a solo traveler in China for the first time. I really liked how she explained what route to take, either East or West, for the wall and gave good tips for each side. When I had a question she sat next to me and patiently helped me decide the best route based on my fitness level. She was able to let me know that if I started from the West around tower 14 and worked my way towards tower 6 that it would be an easier experience. And it really was. I was so glad that I started there, although it was a climb to get to the 360 lift and then a climb up ti the tower, it was well worth it. I was going down hill mostly until around tower 8 and thats when it was steep climbing to get to towers 6 and 5. But, if I had gone the other way it would have been a non stop climb that I would not have been able to handle. Jessica booked my lift and toboggan tickets for me and it was an easy process. She even messaged me the QR code I needed to get on the toboggan and even let us know we could reach out to her on WhatsApp if we had issues. I did not go to the highest point, tower 20 because it was too strenuous but I got beautiful views where I did go. I loved the toboggan ride down. I felt like a little kid. The buffet lunch had some variety but I didn't think it was that great. There was a subway next to the shuttle bus back to the meeting area so I am glad I stopped there before heading back to the bus. Overall, I am really glad that I booked this company for my tour. Easy to find at the pickup location and same drop off. Overall a great experience.

  Mubus made my trip to the Mutianyu Great Wall enjoyable for everyone in our group, whether you're traveling alone, with family, or with friends. The itinerary was flexible enough to accommodate different paces—for example, Kevin allowed some free time so we could explore at our own speed. The bus was comfortable and spacious, suitable for all ages. I saw families with young kids who had a great time, thanks to Kevin's engaging stories and the easy walking paths on the wall. The waiting room itself was comfortable, and the free offerings made the wait pass quickly. I've been on tours where such amenities are missing, and it can make the day feel long and stressful.

  Came with tour guide Jessica and left with tour guide Mike - both were really warm, sincere and funny people who go all out to ensure we have the best mutianyu experience and tour. so glad that i found mubus cos without it there’s a lot of research to do and we may not get it totally right too. also, the booking of all tickets and merchandise purchase were directly from the tour guides, so additional convenience here. will highly recommend mubus for any great wall of china trips!

  Compared to other companies, Mubus provided more inclusions, like the snacks and a comfortable bus ride, which saved me extra costs. The schedule was efficient, allowing us to see all the key parts of the wall without feeling rushed. I didn't have to worry about transportation or guides because everything was handled. The Mutianyu section itself was less crowded and scenic, and Kevin helped us make the most of it. I felt that I got more than what I paid for, which is rare these days. I would definitely recommend Mubus to budget-conscious travelers who still want a premium experience.

  It's perfect for anyone who wants a fun and heartfelt adventure. If you get Kevin as your guide to visit Great Wall of China you're in for a treat! Kevin was always ready to help—for instance, he assisted everyone with a smile in our group with all the different questions we had and offered to take photos for everyone. This kindness made the experience feel personal and caring. The Mubus waiting room had a warm atmosphere, and they offered free tea and a variety of snacks, which was a lovely gesture. I enjoyed sipping tea while waiting; it helped me feel refreshed and ready for the day. Thanks Mubus team gave us a good trip to the GreatWall of China and we will never forget it, welcome everyone to choose Mubus.

  Our Great Wall tour with Mubus was awesome—so glad we went with them! The day before the tour, I got a message from Tony, it’s about when and where to go to meet, I asked some questions, Tony answered patiently. Thanks for his help! The next day, John greeted us at the meeting spot! It’s super easy to find the MuBus staff if you check the messages they sent you. The bus ride was fun because guide John was so engaging—he did a funny self-intro and shared some cool stories about the Great Wall that didn’t feel boring at all. When we arrived at the Great Wall, the weather turned out perfect! The wind was gone, and the sky was bright blue with fluffy white clouds—absolutely stunning. John helped us get all the necessary tickets, like cable car and toboggan passes, which was a huge relief. The Great Wall is so amazing —its size and beauty are just unbelievable. I also loved that the office had a coffee machine and a second-floor buffet. Everything felt organized, and John’s friendly demeanor made the whole experience feel laid-back. Would 100% recommend Mubus to anyone visiting Beijing—you won’t regret it!

  Our 9-hour trip to the Great Wall at Mutianyu was exceptionally well organized from start to finish. All logistics were clear in advance, timing was precise throughout the day, and travel to and from Beijing was smooth. Mike, our tour guide, made the experience outstanding. He was highly knowledgeable about Chinese history and culture, and he kept the entire group engaged with a mix of interesting insights and genuinely entertaining stories during the drive. His guidance set the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable day. Hiking both the east and west sections of the wall was a highlight. I’m reasonably fit but not an athlete, and I managed both stretches comfortably with plenty of time left. The views differed enough that doing both is well worth it. After several hours of climbing and exploring, the included lunch was a welcome break and a nice way to end the visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-run, informative, and memorable experience of one of the seven wonders of the world.   Good tour, well explained. Two ways to do it: East and West side. If you wanted to do both, might be short for a time. We chose the West side with the cable car and was very happy with the overall experince.
