Mutianyu Great Wall Tour Itinerary MuBus offers two direct bus Shift to the Mutianyu Great Wall every day at 8:00AM and 10:00AM, their schedule as follows: Bus Departure 8:00AM: 08:00: Bus depart from the meeting point. 09:30: Arrive Great Wall and sightseeing. 15:00: Bus depart from the Great Wall. 17:00: Arrive the meeting point and tour is over. Bus Departure 10:00AM: 10:00: Bus depart from the meeting point. 11:30: Arrive Great Wall and sightseeing. 17:00: Bus depart from the Great Wall. 18:30: Arrive the meeting point and tour is over.

He is, without a doubt, one of the best tour guides I have ever had anywhere in the world. His personality is warm and welcoming. His knowledge is deep. Most importantly for international visitors, his English is impeccable – clear, grammatical, and easy for everyone to understand. He made the long history of the Great Wall fascinating. 5.00A Fantastic Trip Made Perfect by Jily and the Food! Our visit to the Mutianyu Great Wall with the Mutianyu Shuttle Bus (Mubus ) was outstanding, thanks largely to our wonderful guide, Jily. Her knowledge, clear English, and genuine care made the history come alive and the logistics effortless. To our surprise and delight, the trip also included an excellent buffet lunch! The food was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety of both local and international dishes. It was the perfect way to refuel and relax after exploring the magnificent wall. Jily's expert guidance combined with this top-quality meal made for a truly seamless and satisfying experience from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for a better day. Highly recommended!

5.00The Christmas and New Year holiday period really requires a certain amount of patience, long queue for going up mountains by chairlifts and also for toboggan down. But generally speaking,we were lucky with most of the things. Amazing weather can let you do great photos and have great views on the wall. Especially have our guide John with us ,he was knowledgeable about the site’s history, well-organized in managing our itinerary to avoid the busiest sections, and always ready to answer questions with patience and enthusiasm. Plus, the tour company has its own waiting lounge at the bus terminal, with free tea and water on offer—it’s such a cozy spot to kick back and relax before and after the trip. If you’re planning a visit to the Great Wall, book a tour with Mu bus company—you’ll get way more comfort and a way better overall experience!

5.00Mutianyu Great Wall was the highlight of my Christmas Beijing trip, all thanks to our fantastic guide John. His cheerful “Merry Christmas” as we boarded the bus instantly wrapped the cabin in holiday cheer. The meeting spot near subway Exit B was easy to find—just a tiny bit of confusion when exiting the station. On the ride, John shared a detailed rundown of Chinese history, deepening our understanding of the Great Wall, and gave tips on choosing the best hiking routes for Mutianyu, encouraging us to pick our own pace. He helped us buy cable car and toboggan tickets with flexible payments (cash, Alipay, WeChat). Taking the cable car to the top, I was stunned by the Great Wall winding through rolling mountains—John was absolutely right, this is the most beautiful section of the Great Wall. I’ll cherish this festive adventure for years.

At their visitor center, they offered complimentary bottled water, hot tea, and some small snacks—a very welcoming and considerate touch, especially on a VERY cold December morning. Our guide, Jily, once again, was the highlight of the day! Her deep knowledge and lively, humorous storytelling made the history of the Great Wall captivating. She kept everyone engaged and ensured a smooth, enjoyable journey throughout. Mubus has truly mastered the art of a seamless, comfortable, and informative day trip. The combination of their attentive service at the center and the expertise of guides like Jily provides exceptional value for money. Highly recommended for a stress-free and memorable Great Wall adventure! MUST add on the lunch buffet, it is the most value for money option there. At same time, you can taste some local food. 5.00Joined the tour from Beijing and had Jessica as tour leader.she has been very informative about the history and explained the routes clearly. We picked the west route having the round trip with the cable car. The wall was pleasant, only the last part between tower 19 and 20 is challenging but hey we have been travelling from far so we couldn't miss and the view from the top pays back all the effort. Complementary tea are great and warmed us up in a beautiful sunny winter day
