  Five Stars for an Amazing Guide Our tour to Mutianyu Great Wall was wonderful, especially thanks to our guide Jily. Even though it was snowing when we arrived, the sky soon cleared—just like her name, which means "lucky" in Chinese! Before starting, we stopped at the Mubus family service center. Free hot tea, water, and cookies were a warm and kind welcome in the cold weather. Jily was fantastic—knowledgeable, clear, and humorous. On the bus, she explained the history of the Wall and shared helpful tips. We learned that Mutianyu has two routes: the east side is easier to walk with special towers, and the west side is higher with longer trails and beautiful views. Jily made our trip both educational and enjoyable. I give her my highest recommendation—5 stars for a perfect day!

  Absolutely fantastic experience with Mubus Jily! A true no-shopping, direct-to-destination tour. The ride was smooth and efficient, with no detours. Free tea and snacks onboard were a lovely touch. Driver was safe, and guide Jily was knowledgeable and friendly. Perfect for travelers who just want to relax and enjoy the sights. Highly recommend for a pure, hassle-free trip! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was left by the tour I booked and thank God - Jily is such a heaven sent, she allowed me to join on her tour on the same day. She’s very approachable and friendly. I must say she ‘s a very big part of my visit here in Great Wall of China. Very good English speaker and silly. I’ll definitely recommend Mubus tour to my family and friends when they visit China. Very great service and very nice tourist guide. Shoutout to Jily!!!   A Perfect Winter Tour with Jily Even on a cold, snowy morning, our trip to Mutianyu Great Wall was wonderful—thanks largely to our guide, Jily. Her name means “lucky” in Chinese, and luck was indeed on our side: the skies cleared soon after we arrived! We began at the Mubus family service center, where free hot drinks and snacks offered a warm welcome—a small but kind touch that meant a lot on a chilly day. Jily made the experience truly special. She shared the history of the Wall in an engaging way during the bus ride and gave us practical advice for exploring. She explained that the east route is known for its unique towers and gentler slopes, while the west route is more challenging but rewards you with breathtaking views from higher up. Jily’s friendly, knowledgeable, and cheerful guidance made our day both enjoyable and memorable. I’m happy to give her and this tour a well-deserved five-star rating. Highly recommended!

  Our tour to Mutianyu Great Wall with guide John was hands down one of the best parts of our Beijing trip! From the moment we arrived at the meeting spot, John showed his thoughtfulness by leading us into a spacious, warm building to wait instead of braving the winter cold outside. When it was time to go, the bus ride up was made fascinating by John’s stories about the Great Wall’s rich history. Once we reached the Mubus Home station, we were treated to an amazing surprise: a cozy waiting area with free bottled water, snacks, tea, and a buffet spread that was beyond our expectations—meats, veggies, fresh fruits, everything we needed to fuel up for the hike ahead. the scenery was spectacular. The Great Wall snaked majestically across the mountains, and Mutianyu’s landscape was uniquely stunning, with every watchtower offering a new, breathtaking view. John was with us every step of the way, making sure we stayed on track and enjoyed every minute.

  Guide John was pure magic! He was incredible from start to finish. On the bus ride up, he shared tons of fascinating history about the Great Wall. He didn’t just list facts—he told stories that made the past feel alive. The Greatwall area decked out in festive New Year balloons and decorations that added a cheerful pop of color to the mountains. What made it even better was the lack of crowds; we had so much space to ourselves, just walking along the wall and taking in the sharp, majestic mountain views. The Mubus building was a cozy place after our hike, with free hot drinks that warmed us right up, and the bus ride back was smooth and relaxing.

  Doing the Great Wall tour with Mubus in the off-season was a total win, and guide John made it even better! Since it’s not peak time, the area was nice and quiet—no crowds, no noise, just us and the amazing scenery. John is a total pro when it comes to Mutianyu; he knows every little detail about the wall, from its ancient history to the best hidden spots. Before we even started hiking, he gave us a super interesting lowdown on what to expect, sharing tips on the best sections to explore and the popular routes to take. We followed his advice and checked out all the must-see spots, like Hero Slope and General’s Platform, mixing cable car rides and toboggan(just a heads-up, those activities cost extra!).

  The overall impression of the trip, tour guide, and the whole organisation is amazing! Me and my family chose to take the Western route on the Great Wall of China, and we reached 20th Tower, aka Hero Platform. Climbing felt amazing, although it required a lot of energy. The good thing is that we took cable cars to ascend to and descend from the Great Wall. After climbing, we went to the Mubus restaurant and enjoyed a variety of food in the buffet. The food was delicious. Our tour guide was Jessica. All in all, she is a very helpful and friendly tour guide. She made our trip to the Great Wall an unforgettable experience. I would definitely recommend this agency to my friends because, apart from the Great Wall, they have numerous tours in Beijing as well.

  Outstanding Mutianyu Tour with Mubus and Jily! I cannot speak highly enough of my recent trip to the Mutianyu Great Wall, expertly organized by Mubus. The entire experience was seamless and memorable. The direct bus service was the perfect start—comfortable, on time, and refreshingly free from any shopping distractions. Our guide, Jily, deserves special recognition. She was both a brilliant storyteller and an encyclopedia of knowledge.
