  Jily was very friendly and helpful! We were 10min late due to bad Beijing traffic but she contacted us and helped us to join the tour at an alternative location to avoid the bad traffic and crowds :) There was also an extensive briefing detailing the alternative routes and sections of the Great Wall we could visit, the shuttle bus and gathering information after the visit. She also left her contact with us so we could ask for help if needed! The attraction itself was breathtaking and majestic! It was the first time at the Great Wall for all of us and this tour made it much easier as they managed the transport and purchasing of tickets for us! It was comfortable and reassuring throughout, and we felt like we were in good hands :)

  Kevin is a Superstar Guide! Highly Recommend This Tour. I want to give a huge thank you to our guide, Kevin. This Mubus tour was excellent, but Kevin made it unforgettable. I chose to go in winter, and it was the perfect decision. The scenery was stunningly beautiful. The mountains were quiet and peaceful, with a mix of golden browns and greys, and some patches of snow. Our guide, Kevin, made the day even better. He was so friendly and energetic. His English was perfect – very clear and easy to understand. He told us many interesting stories about the Wall's history during the bus ride. The whole trip was organized perfectly, from the comfortable bus to the timing. I will definitely recommend this tour to all my friends. If you want a special, less crowded experience, go in winter with Mubus!

  It was our first time on the Great Wall, and we were lucky to have an amazing guide who made the whole trip unforgettable, his name is Mike. His funny and engaging stories on the way there made the journey even more enjoyable. The experience was perfect from start to finish, and I truly loved this tour – highly recommend!

  Mu Bus's direct shuttle to the Great Wall is incredibly convenient! The bus driver drove safely and quickly the entire way. Our guide Jily shared lots of interesting little stories about the Great Wall during the journey. She told us who built the Great Wall in ancient times, how it was constructed, and how to explore the Mutianyu section. He also explained that we could hike up the mountain, or take the cable car, chairlift, or toboggan. If you choose to hike, there’s no extra cost. If you opt for the cable car round trip, it’s about 140 yuan. Taking the chairlift up and toboggan down is also 140 yuan. You have plenty of free choices: you can go for the East Line, the West Line, or both—super easy! Hiking is also an option, and there are no mandatory purchases at all. Take the cable car if you want, or if you feel low on energy and don’t want to waste time and effort hiking up, the cable car is a great choice. If you exercise regularly, hiking up is perfect for you. I’m really satisfied with this group tour with Mu Bus—it saved us so much time. We didn’t have to do any travel research because Jily took care of everything. We got our tickets on the bus, and when we arrived at the Great Wall, we went straight up without waiting in any lines. It was so convenient! I highly recommend Mu Bus, especially guide Jily—She is funny and very knowledgeable. I hope to see him again when I come back to Beijing next time!

  I had an excellent experience here and would absolutely recommend it. Everything was well organized, welcoming, and easy to enjoy even as a solo visitor. The atmosphere was great, the staff were friendly and helpful, and I never felt rushed. It was well worth the admission fee, and the length of the visit was just right — plenty of time to take everything in without feeling overwhelming. Overall, a smooth, enjoyable experience from start to finish. I’d definitely come back again. A special shoutout to our guide Jily, who truly made the experience stand out. Jily was knowledgeable, engaging, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and informed throughout. Their passion and professionalism really elevated the visit and made it memorable

  The Ideal Autumn Trip for Every Traveler. Whether you're a solo traveler, a couple, or in a group, this Mubus tour caters to all. The hallmark of a great tour is when you don't have to think about logistics – and Mubus mastered this. From the clear booking confirmation to the comfortable bus journey and the perfectly timed return, every detail was considered. Having their own facility at Mutianyu is a masterstroke. It eliminated the usual confusion of finding a meeting point among crowds. We knew exactly where to go for help, to store items, or to take a break. This logistical brilliance was complemented by Kevin's wonderful guiding. His enthusiasm was infectious, and his service was proactive. He ensured everyone was having a good time and learning something new. Thanks Kevin gave us a nice trip.

  Actually, I mostly travel on my own—exploring cities both in China and abroad. But when I was researching my trip, I found that the Great Wall is quite far from downtown and there’s no direct public transportation. That’s why I chose Mu Bus, a company with great reviews and a solid reputation. Mu Bus provides round-trip transportation, and they help purchase tickets on the bus—you can freely choose between entrance tickets, cable cars, and other options. When we arrived, they have the Mu Bus Service Center (also called Mu Bus Family ), where we could get hot water, free snacks, and fresh fruits. Their Chinese-Western buffet is also fantastic with a wide variety of dishes—I highly recommend trying it! They’ve thoughtfully catered to both Chinese and foreign visitors, so you can enjoy both Chinese cuisine and international dishes—it’s very humanized. As for Mutianyu Great Wall itself, it’s incredibly graceful and less crowded compared to other sections like Badaling (which I’ve visited before, and it was packed with people). The scenery here is stunning—when I went, the leaves on the mountains hadn’t fully fallen, creating a vibrant and colorful view. It’s more elegant than overwhelmingly grand, and that’s exactly what I love about it. I thoroughly enjoyed today’s trip, especially thanks to guide Jily. She gave me so much help—sharing historical insights and showing me how to navigate the Great Wall. It made everything so easy; I basically got to "lazy travel" without having to plan a thing!

  For a quick, hassle-free day trip to Mutianyu Great Wall—especially after a snowfall—this Mubus tour is unbeatable! I needed an efficient way to see the wall without wasting time on transportation, and Mubus delivered: round-trip bus with on-time pickup/drop-off, a knowledgeable guide, and zero stress. The post-snow scenery was breathtaking—snow-covered watchtowers, crisp air, and panoramic views that left me speechless. Our guide Jily was fantastic: she’s experienced, humorous, and shared key insights about the wall’s history while keeping the pace relaxed. She also gave great tips for staying safe on the snowy paths, which was a huge help. The bus was clean and warm, making the ride back to the city the perfect chance to relax after a great day.   Guide John was awesome! He said we got super lucky with a perfect day, we not only can see the snows in the Greatwall area and also very little people in here, and he was totally right. The sky was clear, the weather was nice, and hiking felt so great. John was the best part: his funny jokes made the bus ride fun, and he told us cool little-known stuff about the Great Wall’s history. That made the trip feel way more special. We got there first, so there were no crowds at all. We hiked peacefully , took photos without waiting, and sliding down the mountain was smooth and fun. Mubus Family building were really good too: a cozy café for coffee before the trip, safe places to leave luggage (super helpful with big bags), and a tasty buffet that gave us lots of energy.I’d give it 10 out of 10! Definitely recommend MuBus to anyone!

  My trip to the Great Wall of China with the Mubus company was truly memorable. Before going, my family and I weren't sure what to expect, as we had always heard people talk about feeling overwhelmed by the different entrances and directions. Thanks to Mubus, however, the experience was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Our tour guide, Kevin, was outstanding. He began the journey by sharing the history of the Great Wall, which gave us valuable context and made the visit even more meaningful as we could actually visualize how the wall might have been used back then. Throughout the tour, Kevin was incredibly organized and thoughtful, offering two clear route options (the eastern and western routes ) so we never felt rushed or confused. His guidance made navigating the wall easy and enjoyable, and he was also always available to help or answer questions. We also enjoyed a delicious lunch at the Mubus family restaurant, which had a great atmosphere and also gave us the energy we needed for the long hike. Overall, Mubus did an excellent job and made our journey quite memorable.
