5.00An amazing experience from start to finish. Our guide Ulrich was fun and knowledgeable, pick up was outsode our hotel. We stopped for pics at tje golden gate, then on to Muir woods. The woods were amazing and we had an hour to walk the trail, have a coffee and look around the gift shops. Sausalito was a pretty little town, we stopped off for food and a beer, did some shopping. We opted to go back on the bus, but there was an option to stay and get the ferry back. Thank you Ulrich!

5.00We didn't visit Muir woods due to government shutdown but our driver took us to another area which was good. We then visited Muir beach before heading off to the lovely Sausalito.

1.00Advertised tour was to Muir Woods national monument but Muir Woods is closed and they chose to wait until the morning of to let us know we would not be able to go to Muir and instead they were going to take us on a tour of downtown and to see a different hiking trail outside of the national park (not what we signed up and paid for and unfortunately too late to try to book an alternate tour). I would avoid booking with Viator - It has been a huge hassle getting a refund as we did not go on the downtown tour. Tour operator did offer a complete refund to their credit (but they should have done this sooner), and for some reason, Viator has still not processed this refund yet.

5.00Wonderful tour. Very knowledgeable guide. Muir Woods is absolutely stunning. Beautiful quiet magical. A wonderful place to stroll through a spectacular forest and a great respite from the city. Take the ferry back. You will not be disappointed!!!

5.00This was such a great tour! Muir Woods was absolutely breathtaking. Peter was a wonderful guide, and very knowledgeable. The drive was gorgeous, and there was a photo op stop to view the Golden Gate bridge which was appreciated. We had a little over an hour to explore Muir Woods at our leisure, which was a perfect amount of time, in my opinion. I opted to remain in Sausalito to have lunch at Spinnaker's restaurant on the bay, which I highly recommend. And because the tour wraps up around noon, you still have the rest of the day for more adventure. Highly recommend! I was a solo traveler for this tour, and felt perfectly comfortable.
The redwoods are a must see

5.00The Muir Woods and Sausalito tour was excellent. We were picked up at our hotel on time and had a full day of great activities. The redwoods are amazing and we even were able to listen to a park ranger talk about the redwoods. The trip to Sausalito was good as well with some great stops for photo ops. Our driver, Randy, was knowledgeable about the city and beyond and gave a very interesting tour.
