I felt so sad not with the trip though, let me explain: I unfortunately missed my originally scheduled tour due to some confusion with the directions provided. While I appreciate the company’s effort to accommodate me by offering a spot on the next trip, it unfortunately conflicts with my gondola ride, which I do not want to miss. Although the customer service was understanding and helpful, the timing issue means I was unable to take full advantage of the alternative. Clearer directions or more flexible scheduling options would greatly improve the experience for guests in similar situations. Overall, good intentions but the timing and communication could be enhanced.

You get to experience 3 of the northern Islands and it is great for shopping and taking in the different views. This tour offered that experience and time in each island to explore ti determine where you want to return and visit.

It’s rushed and the boat doesn’t allow for pictures as the windows are dirty and seating very low. Your guide pretty much tells you what time to return to boat and not much else better off taking water taxi on your own and taking the time you want to see everything.

Tour was on public transportation and at our last stop many of the stores were closing or closed. Narration was in three languages and we felt by the time it got to our language, the scene was long past.
