Manu or Manuela was outstanding as a guide. The only issue was with the audio quality on the boat…. But that may be because the boat was moving so much.

An amazing experience and a great way to be introduced to the islands (especially if you have very little time). Sylvia, our guide, was exceptional. She provided us a lot of information with her touch of Italian humor and all the recommendations she provided were top notch! The glass blowing by one of the Masters was truly eye opening. Thank you to (the other) Sylvia and the 'New Murano Gallery' team for their service. We met the owner and he was extremely kind, humble and helpful. We didn't have much time to shop and walk around but definitely no regrets! A highly recommended tour for those who want a good understanding and appreciation of the 2 islands.
