Francesca Gin was excellent. Enjoyed learning the city from a local. Wish we had more time in Burano as Burano is incredibly beautiful- there was limited time to walk around, shop, take pictures, and soak in the islands. The glass blowing was amazing!

Nice boat ride over to the islands to check out the glass and lace making. It’s a little less hectic in these places. Frankie was a great guide.

Dishonest tour group that falsely advertises the experience. This tour was not a “small group” tour with a group of 20 people or less. It was overbooked with more people than advertised. I reached out to the tour company for compensation for not receiving the experience they promised, and they offered and measly and offensive 5% refund. As for the experience, the glass making and lace making tour portion lasts about 5 minutes. The rest of the tour they funnel you to the gift shop to purchase items from the factory. There is some free time to wander Burano and Murano but not enough to have a relaxed lunch or get a true sense of those places.
