Our tour guide (Francesa Gin) was fantastic - a Venetian local who was generous with her local knowledge, and told us interesting anecdotes and history - just the right amount - a lot to learn without us feeling overwhelmed! The tour was well organised and a good size. The glass blowing demonstration was a highlight!

The trip to Murano and Burano shows two other sides of the history of the Venice area. Seeing the origins of all the Murano glass that is in stores in Venice gives a nice perspective. And Burnao is is cute and picturesque… a must see, it rained the day we went, so we didn’t have vast views from the boat, but it wasn’t a negative in terms of visiting the two towns. Monica was friendly and informative! We liked that we had free time in both towns, and weren’t beholden to a group the whole time.

I arrived 5 minutes late and did not go on the tour. They did not answer my two phone calls. I got nothing for my time and my money. Will not book this company again
