Immerse yourself in the Tuscan countryside with 3 different experiences in just one day! We’ll meet in Florence, where a licensed driver will take you to our farm in Fucecchio, right in the heart of Tuscany, in just 45 minutes. What will we do? 1 Walk among centuries-old olive trees and vineyards, enjoying the scenery, our history, and the farm itself. This is the perfect opportunity to capture photos of the authentic Tuscan landscape. 2 Visit the wine cellar and taste 5 organic Tuscan wines paired with local food specialties. We’ll also sample our olive oil! You’ll have the chance to purchase wines at cellar prices or order them for shipping. 3 The final part is dedicated to making fresh pasta with our professional chefs. They’ll share the secrets of pasta-making, and of course, we’ll sit down together at a long table—like a true Italian family—to enjoy the pasta we’ve prepared. The group will be limited to a maximum of 20 participants, allowing time and space to socialize. We’ll provide minibus transportation with a private driver. The service costs €20 per person, to be paid directly to the driver by card before the return trip. Please note: schedules may vary, so stay updated

We had an absolutely amazing time. The hosts were fantastic and made us feel so welcome. The knowledge and explanations of wine, food, general information was great and we just had the best day! We would definitely do this all over again.

Spent the day enjoying the beautiful Tuscan farm experience with friends we had a group of 8 and felt right at home. We had such a lovely tour, wine tasting the pairs that went with the wine were perfect. Our whole group talked about how lovely it was to taste the wine they paired with food and then finished the afternoon with a cooking class. The meal was amazing and it was such a nice ending to the day around the table with our friends and the new friends we made during the day.

We left promptly at 2:45pm and was back at 9:30pm. One hour each way. Smooth drive no traffic. Transport was an additional 20 euro. Good value for money. Host were very warm. Loved the pasta cooking class. Beautiful Tuscan countryside, good wine and we had a wonderful bunch of people on this tour. I would certainly consider staying at the farm If I were to visit again - it’s the epitome of graceful Tuscan life. Don’t think about it - just do it - shop around on different sites as prices vary.

The staff were really friendly and made the experience really good. The wine was not as good as hoped and the meal was just pasta we made though the wine came with some small pairings. I would have preferred some meat with the pasta. The Chianti they served with dinner was really good. It was only a 45min drive from Florence Do take mosquito/insect repellent if travelling spring/summer etc as they are a lot of bugs there

It was all so beautiful that I would have no words to describe it differently. Beautiful farm with animals, great wine and abundant food .. welcoming and friendly hosts and the pasta lesson was perfect.

The visit to the farm was nice. The 4 stars is due to ride out and back--closing within a foot or two of the traffic ahead while still at speed, travelling quickly on a road that was not in good condition.

This was a fantastic trip to a Tuscan organic winery and farm in Fucecchio. We toured the winery, learned about the grapes, saw the wine cellar, did barrel tastings, herb collecting, fed farm animals, enjoyed five appetizers during six wine tastings and then rolled up our sleeves for pasta making with Raffaella, the chef. We made both tortellini and ravioli stuffed with ricotta and Parmesan. It was topped with a parmesan, lemon and olive oil “sauce” Then we ate what we prepared with more wine, bruschetta and dolci. It was delicious! Seven hours of fun and we met eight other fun-loving people from Canada, US and Germany. Would highly recommend.

I am a poet, writer, and teacher. On the bus back to our Florence hotel, under the Tuscan night, I was so moved by my visit to Dalle Nostre Mani (From Our Hands) that I wrote a poem on the spot. This place is not only about wine, food, or scenery—though each was unforgettable. It is about people. The laughter shared across languages, the pasta we shaped together, the sense that for a few hours strangers became kin. The name of the farm says it best: From Our Hands. Everything here felt given directly, openly, generously. It was an encounter I will carry with me for life. A few lines from the poem I wrote that night: “…That is carità. That is how words are lived. And the world is loved.” Terrance W LaCrosse
