1.00You know you are in trouble when a company’s on-hold recording starts with, “We know you may be upset. Please be as polite as possible…”. I should have tapped out then. It took two managers to even figure out when our tour was. Then I had to drive half an hour to get a voucher that I could then use to get a ticket somewhere else. Although we arrived half an hour early as asked, they did not specify that the marina is 35 minutes from where you get the voucher. So we missed the tour. The voucher guy was nice, but (and I know this is hard to believe) tried to sell me a timeshare while I was finding out that we wouldn’t make the tour. After some pressure, I had to tell the guy I just wanted my nieces to see a dolphin, for heaven’s sake. We were bumped to the next day and could go straight to the marina where I had to stand in another line to trade the voucher for a ticket, and then another line to get behind the original line to get on the boat. We were able to see two fins (spotted by my niece) before the boat turned around to go back to the marina. The staff gave minimal information about the dolphins, but offered a “touch tank” of sea animals who were not alive. It was a very frustrating and disappointing experience, especially with children. There are many tour services, so avoid this one at all costs!

3.00The view was beautiful, went to Atlantic Ocean. Saw a sea turtle, but unfortunately not the guaranteed dolphin sightings. Staff was awesome! Held crabs and jellyfish.

1.00We had a terrible time just getting the tickets. We had to print out the voucher, which I had to ask someone to do for me, then we had to go to the Vacations Made Easy office to pick up a paper with a QR code. When we got to the marina, we didn't know we had to check in again to get tickets - another inconvenience. Then they told me I had to validate parking, which was another annoyance. The weather was bad off and on before that, but we never received notice that they would cancel. We knew we wouldn't see a sunset, but thought we might be able to see some dolphins. After they loaded everyone on the boat, it started to rain and everyone crammed inside the lower deck. We decided to bail on this excursion when we couldn't see out the windows, which looked filthy dirty. Then thunder boomed and everyone screamed. When we got off the boat with many other passengers, then they announced they were cancelling the cruise. What a disaster.

3.00We were really bummed because it said guaranteed dolphins which I wouldn’t think anybody would make a guarantee like that, but it was all over in their ads and we did not see one dolphin. The windows were dirty you couldn’t see out and it was cold outside.. not the greatest experience.
